Great place, me and little miss2 went for dinner (daddy daughter date). Tables, clean and tidy, food was hot off the grill. While there, a gentleman n his family gifted us 2 Hershey pies. Very unexpected but very grateful, it was a very lovely gesture. So good to see a manager engage with the pub

The new look is extremely spacious. Digital ordering touchscreens were unfortunately out of action; but the service was good though it was not at all a busy time. Fries were quite greasy.

Absolutely delicious, food was hot fresh and YUMM!!! Best BK in Hamilton!!!! The staff are friendly and usually pretty quick at getting your order to you!! The food is always on point, from the burgers to the fries 🍟 😋 👌 Great food as always Ward St BK!!!!!

The lady working was amazing with all customers. She made our children feel listened to and like they mattered. And it wasn't just us, she was amazing with all the customers

Good parking, excellent man on the counter he couldn't have been more helpfull. The food was fresh and hot would recommend this place and not to far from the hospital ect.

The place looked a little dirty but the food was nice and the service was quick even though we came when it was busy.

Pretty standard burger king experience. Self ordering machines worked, staff were actually pretty good here compared to other ones. Food was standard. Drinks machine was standard. Dude walking around asking for spare change was standard. Yep.

I do like the play zone for the kids. Food took a bit long though but once we got the food it was nice. Staff were very friendly.
