Very affordable place, butter chicken is one of the best and prawns we're not overcooked, what rarely can be reached😀 garlic bread was a bit sour, but plain one was good👌👌👌 service is polite and interior here is unexpectedly welcoming and cozy. I even didn't think that Indian restaurant in Frankton would be much better than some in the centre of Hamilton👌👌👌

Reasonable prices, totally authentic flavours, an intimate setting and super friendly service make New Delhi restaurant in Dinsdale an absolute must for any lovers of genuinely delicious, creamy, aromatic and flavourful Indian food.

Best Indian food in Hamilton! We ordered the banquette for two from the takeaway menu. Every item was delicious (especially their Butter Chicken 😋) with generous amounts of meat (not mostly gravy like some other places). There was plenty of food; in fact so much, we ate the leftovers for lunch. Service was great too! Highly recommended!

Easily the best place to eat Indian food in Hamilton. My family and I having been going here almost weekly for what must be close to 15 years.
Food is always great, and some dishes can be adjusted to cater for allergies such as gluten and dairy.
Amazing customer service. The owner provides one of the best customer experiences I have had, and has a good memory. Even before I was a regular he was able to remember my last order months apart. Great humour and is generally great to talk to.

Butter chicken had a strange taste, not like the rest I have been to over the years, I walked in on my own and was treated like a table to make up my mind when I said what I wanted at the counter, had to wait for a menu and to make up my mind...
Please listen to what you are being told, then to payment machine was on a angle you can't read the screen, not impressed, won't go back...

First time dining at New Delhi (visiting from Wellington) and it exceeded all our expectations. Friendly and prompt service, delicious food - we enjoyed onion bajis, goat curry, paneer saag, naan bread all at very reasonable prices in an ambient atmosphere - thank you!

Very friendly staff, short waiting time for takeaways the only reason for 4 stars is that I ordered on different occasions "Indian hot", waitress confirmed I want double hot and when I get home to have dinner it's not hot hot spicy, just hot and the other day it didn't even made my nose run when I ate it (no sicey sting). It's yummy but not sure how to get extreme spicey food here.

By far the best Indian restaurant in Hamilton! We have been eating here for 12 years now and we absolutely love their food. The dishes are creamy and indulgent, amazing! The service is also superb. The whole family's favorite eat out.

Not at all happy with ultra spicy ( just chilli )unbearable food I got in last order, when I put the same notes you suggested and ordered from uber coz only I had to.
Disappointed that despite me making you aware, you didn't take It well to fix, when I told you that, I couldnt eat that food
- I didn't eat a lot at your place, but enjoyed other meals which I had and that's why still giving 5 star and was always a promoter. Decided not to come anymore , still you are a good chef just need to accept that if things go wrong with genuine customer- should fix it.

Went their a week back. One of the best Indian restaurants i've been to in hamilton. Mr.jay, the cook was the best chef i've acknowledged since a long time being a foodie. He altered the dish and it's spice levels according to my need. The staff in the restaurant seemed to be very professional and hardworking as I noticed.
Will definitely organize a family celebration here next time.

Consistently amazing service, all staff are very polite and friendly. Quality of food is extraordinary!! I usually get the butter chicken and a garlic cheese naan. Always hot, fresh and flavours are authentic. My partner usually gets Korma which is equally delicious. Really appreciate this restaurant, Dinsdale hidden little gem. Cheers guys! 😃
