Our meals of roast of the day and pork ribs tasted fabulous and were generously served portions. Staff presented well and were welcoming. Atmosphere was pleasantly quiet, so that it wasn't a struggle to hear each other talking. We voted this pub "best of all" for quality đź‘Ś of meals, drinks and service. Congratulations to all of the staff.

Best pub food I've ever had. Friendly service and very generous portions - was unable to finish the pork belly with mash! And look out for Frankie the tame sparrow darting in and out for snacks. Thoroughly recommended.

Exceptional service… we went on a busy Friday night after a day at the pools and previously walking out on an eatery around the corner. We were treated immediately , drinks served, Menus given…we ordered 2 kids meals, chicken ceaser salad, steak meal and pork belly…all meals could not be faulted. Service was prompt, friendly and relaxed. Atmosphere was great, definitely the place to eat for family’s and excellent value . Well done team

Wonderful evening- staff exceptionally helpful and friendly - no long wait for attention or meals.
Lamb shanks, pork belly, hamburger and fish n chips all meals tasty not over cooked or salty just cooked superbly.

Super friendly staff. Good selection of decent wines and great Guinness. Had meals at multiple restaurants in Hanmer and Alpine Village Inn is by far the best presented meals and fairly priced. Recommend the lamb shanks and pork belly with scallops and fennel slaw. Devine.
