Review New World - Hastings

Despite the less enticing prices throughout the store, the remarkable customer service and exceptional in-store experience more than compensate for it. I was assisted by a delightful young man with stunning brown ringlets at the checkout, who exhibited tremendous patience, impeccable manners, and politeness.

Had my wedding the past weekend and had my flowers done by the amazing and hard working florist Maria at New World Hastings. When planning weddings, people often skip over supermarkets - but I will be recommending New World Hastings to everyone for all their floral needs! Thank you so much, they're absolutely beautiful and exactly what I wanted.

The best New World i have seen. Great bakery section. Love their fancy cakes which are decently priced too. Delicious roast meal section in deli area.

Nice cafe in the store, wide variety of cabinet food to choose from.

Love the product selection available. Well stocked and priced just right. May find it a little on the pricey side but only because they have the 'brands'. Food- the fried chicken and chips is of good quality, fresh and the dinner box is great for sharing. The rotisserie chicken on other hand is definitely way overcooked and flavourless and for this minus half a star.

When i wish to do a very large shop I'll come up to here as they have more things to get and a larger variety than my local New World. And of course the staff are fantastic and very friendly 😀 mind you my husband and I like to have a laugh with the staff 😄 😀

The store is always clean, staff are usually very polite, helpful with a smile. Range of products very good as they cater for different religious beliefs and, diets. Granted, they can be very expensive. Differences can be too much at times and we are usually aware of prices now some up to 2-3 dollars more . Reason why ,I don't shop there all the time. The atmosphere is good. It is a pleasure to shop there. I am a older person and really appreciate my groceries being packed for me as I have bad shoulder issues. Thank you gor that. I will be there later today and I know it will be a stress free shop. Thanks again. H. LA HOOD
