Called twice, phone was answered promptly on both occasions. Listened to what I required and assisted with what I need before I book an X-Ray appointment. Went to the site during break time, got in time for the scheduled appointment, did not have to wait too long. So, was able to get back to work with minimal break consumption. The X-Ray personnel, shout out to him, had a great personable attitude on how he chatted with me. While on my stay, I saw and felt the Reception ladies are calm and helpful. They have PayWave without surcharge, which made it easy for me as I left my card and had to use my phone. I recommend this place for X-Ray and not the one in Russell Street, that place is bonkers and always makes excuses.

Was perhaps the best medical center I have been to. Receptionists were caring and polite and the three doctors were magnificent. X-ray so very professional. The one doctor Justine was the best. And yes I've recovered from my injury 100% A HUGE THANK YOU from a Welshman in New Zealand.

I went for my COVID test to travel back home 🏘️, on my way in to receptionist to enquire about COVID testing... The security greeted me with a great smile 😊. Great service, very fast to get my test. What a great day it is.

Have been a patient of HHC for many years now and have never had any issues. The staff across the board are and have been very friendly and helpful. So kudos to HHC for the fabulous service they provide. And thank you to All the staff who continued to provide the best service and care possible during our trying time re: covid-19.

Place you go when you're sick or in need of medical care. We go here for immunisations and the care received is exemplary.

I have always had very good care at Hastings health centre from down stairs in emergency department and up stairs in GP4 even while we were going through all the different doctors the girls on reception kept me informed and made the best of the situation very happy with all the care that my family and i have received thank you all.
