Review 13th Stag Cafe - Hastings

A lovely place to dine, moderate prices, the menu available on their website. Great selection. However, wish they would list what ingredients are in the smoothies. Plus, I know seeds are trendy, but not everyone can eat seeds, due to gut illnesses (which are a growing concern). I recommend you tell the staff not to garnish with seeds if it's an issue for you. Not an issue to my son who can tolerate grain bread as pictured. Love how there are vegan, low carb & keto options available.

Both drinks and food are exceptional. Each time I have been there the food has been tasty and large portions for a fair price.

Taken there by some friends. Otherwise would never have known about it. We were visiting from Wellington. Had the big breakfast. Incredibly tasty. Good quality produce used. I don't think I quite finished the meal it was so large. One if the best soy lattes I have ever had!

The best brunch menu. Delish egg benedict choices. My fave menu choice is the venison mince on toast. Friendly, awesome staff, good coffee. Always a guaranteed good start to the day!

We left Napier to come to this place for brunch/coffee twice it was so good! Best spot in the area by far. Interesting menu for veggies and meat eaters alike.

Very very nice. Have been here for breakfast and a lunch. Both were very nice meals. Yes there is alot of construction due to expansion however the food is what matters and it was tasty and well priced.

Outstanding menu and even better service. The folks here are amazing and the coffee is out of this world 🌎
