Great food, great staff and a great atmosphere! I'm a regular because they always deliver.
It's 2021 and it's still hard for me to find a decent cafe in Hastings, where its chefs are creative, put their heart and soul into their food and that serve delicious more than 1 vegan option. But there are one or two cafe gems here in this bustling growing city that really shine through, CoLlab C

Brilliant cafe with awesome food and friendly staff. You can see they know their regulars really well. Portuguese tarts are amazing and I really love the egg sandwiches (something really easy to make but so many places mess up). If I can beat the lunch rush to get here for a Masala Dosa it's a great
Today we had a lovely lunch and coffee at Co lab. Salad was fresh and very tasty. The Portuguese cheese cake was excellent. Long black was perfect. Service was prompt and very friendly.
