Review Pipi Cafe - Havelock North

Great place to pop in and have a family dinner. No booking required for 5 people, we just went there and was promptly assisted. Customer Service was excellent! Everyone smiling and easy to deal with. Food was great! A different taste to what we normally have for a pizza and pasta. Serving Size:Price ratio is alright. Ambience is neat and relaxing. Kid friendly as well, because they have colouring stuff for kids. Even the wait staff themselves are accommodating of kids. Shout out to Julius (Chef)!

5 stars for friendly, funky atmosphere. Food never disappoints. Excellent range of wines & non-alcoholic drinks. Family friendly. A favorite of ours for casual dining. I noticed they were pretty busy with take-out orders too.

Beautiful atmosphere, reminded me of a date I had once in Venice.. Food was fantastic, though I think one dessert got forgotten and came out a little late. Great flavours, the fig, bacon and blue cheese pizza was devine. 🤌 Loved the chill vibe, with the grab your own drinks too!

Finally got chance to try the pizza from Pipi after friend’s highly recommendation. I’ve got to say that every penny worth it, it was just so good. Always love authentic Italian pizza, the dough was soft and moist just at the right place. Blue cheese made the whole flavor even better. Definitely gonna come back to try more classic style! Thanks a lot for the welcoming service too!

My avocado smash was very elegant and tasty. The layout is spacious. I especially like the artsy copper lights in this smart café. Great cabinet food too. I would have liked to see a vegetarian sandwich option.

Great location and food. Was too hungry and food was too good, thus didn't get a chance to take photo. Starter Platter, Pasta and Pizza were all amazing and fairly priced. Should be one of the must visited eateries if in Havelock North. 👍

Great little restaurant with delicious pizzas and apple crumble. Very warm, inviting and relaxed atmosphere. Friendly staff. And the self help drinks is a great concept. A wonderful all round dining experience. Thank you to the team at Pipi. We will be back for sure.

Local gem, great idea with the self serve drinks fridge. Pizzas are tasty and good sized, and didn't skimp on top quality ingredients. Highly recommend the mushroom blue cheese one. $150 for 4 people with drinks, very reasonable.

Loved it here, the vibe was amazing. Pizza's are fabulous- a definite must do in Havelock North.

Went a few months ago - gorgeous decor and amazing food, restaurant was packed so not much room to move and it was very noisy and felt a little crowded. Would recommend going when it's a little quieter. Staff were lovely.

No airflow in outdoor dining area, clear plastic sides do not let airflow through. But otherwise very good.

A little bit of a wait on the pizza and dessert otherwise probably one of the best pizzas I've ever had in my life. Has a romantic ambience inside so perfect for date night.

Bloody loved it at Pipis. I booked the back tent for a little group of 12 to celebrate my birthday. The pizzas were hot, huge and quick to appear on our table. There was a nice heater above the table which was nice as it got chilly out there. Top spot. Lovely folks. Get in my belly !

A great local pizza resturant. The regular pizzas on the menu are complimented with limited time specials which when we were there was a spicy pumpkin pizza. The resturant is somewhat rustic with both indoor and outdoor seating.

I ordered Takeaway pizza. Took 30 minutes to my place. Pizza still yum, awesome!!!!

The Food and Service is wonderful... We sat at the Front Awning, and the only issue is, when the servers came with food, the noise from indoors was loud...really loud. so it was nice our group was able to converse in normal voices. Im usually a Pizza Purist, yet their condiment combos are delicious...
