Fantastic breakfast place with plenty of vegan and vegetarian options ranging from smoothies, bowls to bagels and toasties and even breakfast porridge. You can customise you own toast with whatever you fancy. Granola bowl and Smoothies are delicious. Coffee is good, but bit bitter for my taste. Service very polite and friendly

This spot kept coming up in conversations with my local friends so I had to try it. The Avo toast was gorgeous but massive so a pity I was too full to try any of the smoothie bowls. Cute spot for the gram!

You can't live in or pass through the Hawkes Bay without a drive-by to this delicious wee health-fest and caffeine cranking gem!! Created and run by two amazing local wahine, its got a casual cool 'getaway' vibe to it's interior design laced in warm energetic Kiwi hospitality. Down from Auckland for only two days I doubled-down on my brunch orders, because I simply couldn't make up my mind and knew I'd get major FOMO. The Mind Bowl (smoothie bowl) was so fresh and fulsome I think my stomach stood up and gave it a round of applause. This is like a bouquet of goodness - also looked so beautiful it was hard to ruin it (but ruin it I did). The Fish Philly was on a light fresh crispy bagel that didn't weigh me down and you just got to enjoy the smoked salmon/cream cheese goodness generously finished off with capers and all the trimmings. Next day I went back and claimed the Ultimate Breakfast Smoothie which was chocka with goodness (but thankfully tasted a bit naughty), sprinkled with a heaped tablespoon of chunky toasted granola that made for a couple mouthfuls of cereal when you got to the end. I also couldn't walk away from another one of those light crispy bagels, but down-sized to a classic cream cheese and raspberry jam and loved that it also came sprinkled with dried raspberry peices. The coffee is also AMAZE, rich and smooth - best long blacks I'd had for ages. Whether you're an out-of-towner or a local, this wee diamond is an out the gate awesome way to start the day, so get amongst it!

One of the best sourdough with avocado in New Zealand. I have tasted lots of Avocado on sourdough in Auckland. PIXIE’s one is best, super tasted and the buttercup bowl also yummy. Good atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Amazing sourdough bread with good thoughts on the recipe. Nice coffee as well. A cannot miss spot in town!

I've never had a vegan breakfast before. Yet, the smoothie bowl I had was the best thing I ever had that had no animal products! defiantly the best thing I ate while I was here.

Wow Such a gorgeous brunch . My daughter got a smoothie bowl and I had the avo on sourdough. Best I’ve had for years. Highly recommend this wonderful little gem .

Love love love this place! Never been disappointed. Always delicious, doesn't take too long for perfection. About right price wise for what you get!
