Review Kreem Cafe - Henderson

Heard this place gets busy so arrived 11.30 hopefully before the lunch rush. The cabinet looked great with salads and quick heat lunch items. The cake/dessert cabinet was full and looking delicious. The lady on the till was pleasant and informative and calmly sorted our order. We took our cakes with us to the table, our cabinet mains arrived shortly after. It seems that you order from the menu via scanning a QR code, selecting your items, enter your table number.. I didn't try this option but opened the app to have a look. Food was tasty and salad portion was good size. Our tea and coffee order arrived after we had finished our meals though, it looked like only one barista making orders, so that definitely slowed the process. Parking can be an issue here if it's busy. Overall my experience was pleasant and I would return and recommend.

Wow. So much more to select from the cabinets than regular cafes. We really enjoyed our two quiches, bacon and salmon (not pink, perhaps discoloured in the heating?) followed by baked cheesecake. Coffee and hot choc expertly made.

Surely Recommended at least once!! I think this place would be perfect for brunch: they have a wide selection of pastries for breakfast, but their menu is also seasonal so you can find many other yummy dishes. Portions are big so it will fill you up for a long time. The place is really spacious, can eat inside or outside.

No complaints. VAST selection of sweet foods you’ll be spoilt for choice. The hot chocolate was all good. Bit more milk ratio than chocolate I think but probably just as well cos the donut was excellent in its own department. Cream tasted fresh and cold. The omelette was hearty and very filling. I actually couldn’t even finish it needed to pack it and take it home which the staff accommodated gladly. No wow factor from being served at the counter or table but no mistakes were made, staff were polite and they got the job done quick. That’s fine by me. All in all a nice spot if you fancy some sweet stuff with your meal! Cheers!

Great food, bustling atmosphere everytime I go here. Good selection of cabinet food as well as made to order. Highly recommended .

A rich assortment of salads and ready to eat options. Choose your times carefully as its very busy,we came in early for breakfast so wasnt to bad but very happy with food.

Visit often for weekend brunches and love that we can take our dog for the outdoor seating. The food is always delicious and service is really easy with QR codes on the table to make our order. It can get really busy so pays to go for an early breakfast or always book a table ahead for brunch/lunches

Great food, the chicken was really nice and the crepes were amazing

Its a bustling place, constant chatter of people around gives the place character and also confirms it to be a place to go. Food - Orders big breakfast no issues there, Eggs benedict with grilled mushrooms & Eggs bene with Salmon was a hit at our table. French brioche toast with grilled banana’s to which I added bacon but came with none and got taken back to add it. $6 to add bacon which was 2 strips 🙃 was overly sweet being drowned in syrup. Calamari with salad was decent also. Coconut Mocha hands down the best!

LOVE this cafe, I have been here in 2018 when I came to NZ as a tourist. Went back again 2 weeks ago in 2023, now calling Aotearoa, Tamaki Makaurau my second home ❤️ I also had a hot choc, it’s my fave. Love the vibe, the staffs are lovely, the cafe feels cosy and you can see a big crowd it’s probably aucklanders favourite breakfast and brunch spot for years. Food is stunning and it’s just a nice way to enjoy a variety of cabinet food, cakes, salads, pies and wraps as well as other treats. So so good 🫶🏽 #highlyrecommended

Lovely place. Best food in the area, a wonderful atmosphere, great hustle and bustle to the place, good music, and an exceptional arrangement of cakes and baking goods ~ would definitely stop by again!

Great Cafe, does get really busy. Massive selection of cabinet foods and heaps of cold salads. Amazing selection of gourmet cupcakes and donuts. Egg bene was awesome Parking can be an issue when busy.

Great Cafe in Auckland! They display out most of the thing out to let you see and easier to make decision. ordered their salmon quiches and a caesar salad for lunch! price consider okay, not too expensive but portion was big! Coffee a bit normal.

Highly recommend. Ample parking which is great. Food was great, spoilt for choice. Great customer service.

Delicious food and good portion sizes. Great service. Super happy with the vegan options here, and impressed with the speed of the orders getting to the table even though we arrived right on lunchtime peak. Would definitely recommend.

This is a seriously good place to greet and eat. The food is outstanding, and I gain weight just by looking at the complete range of food. The desert and cake section is amazing, the food is not only delicious it's worth your while just to look at it in the glass cabinet. Coffee is outstanding, brewed beautifully and the service is impeccable. Best to book as it's no secret this is one place you need to try at least once (to start)

Hands down, the best cafe in West Auckland. Large portions, massive variety, reasonably priced, beautiful clean premises. Ample seating, fast service. Calming atmosphere. Love it
Ivy Lee
Too many people, really loud. Waited 20 mins for a cabinet food to be heated up. Staff are not attentive.
Zara
Had a wideee range of cabinet salads and sweets. Quite busy but know why. It was quite spacious however. Staff were friendly and service was great. Food was amazingggggg

Amazing food and service, love the atmosphere <br/>Definitely a welcoming place.

Always amazed at the quality of food here. There is a great selection of cabinet food and sweet treats as well as a table menu. Absolutely love the Moroccan chicken wrap and the eggs benny is one of my favourites. The staff are always friendly and welcoming and willing to help. The space is amazing as well with tables being spaced out nicely so you don’t feel too cramped

The custard donut is to die for! And the quantity and quality of food is great! I try to go here often, but it is always busy. Definitely my favourite breakfast spot

The staff were so friendly.<br/>Inside the store, the view was good.<br/><br/>Food is a little expensive. But the eggs and mushrooms were delicious, and the fish was frozen food.<br/><br/>What I really want to praise is the service of the staff.<br/>I made a request for food, and the staff responded so kindly to the end.<br/><br/>I will definately come back here soon.

Food was very average for the price and mango smoothie barely had any mango??? Paid $65 for brunch for 2 people.. bit steep and definitely not worth the price

Neat cafe where you order at the till. Lots of cabinet options and good coffee. I loved their breakfast chia bowl. Very unique cakes too. Will definitely be back to try more. Not crowded or noisy at all.

What a disappointment. We had to ask four different staff to clean our table. Then I had to ask 3 different staff for a container to take home the leftovers. I even went up to counter and asked the staff who had the containers right behind her and she was too busy to give me one. Each time we ask something from the staff, they’re so busy to even let you finish the rest of your sentence. It’s like they won’t even look at you or acknowledge you because they know you’re going to ask them something and they’re just too busy to help. If you’re going during peak lunch hours expect long queues and non attentive staff. <br/> <br/>The food is alright and portion sizes are big, I just wish customer service is as good.

I went here recently pretty early in the morning and was pleasantly impressed with the place, all the aspects were good. It is a good option if you are ever that way in Auckland.<br/><br/>The service was super efficient, our food came out at an extremely fast rate making for an excellent experience in this department. I'm not sure if this is the usual as it was very early and there were not a lot of people in. So this would be something I need to see again. The staff were very nice and we definitely felt well looked after. <br/><br/>The aesthetic of the place was nice, it was simple and nothing really different. But overall it was a large open space, very conversational, and ultimately it was contemporary and fresh. There is also a large outdoor eating space which would be awesome on a warm day. <br/><br/>The food was really good, I got the smashed avocado on toast and was very satisfied with this dish. The avocado seemed fresh and was added to with the generous amount of feta put through it. One thing I wasn't too fussed on was the poached egg, for me, personally, it just had an overpowering lemon flavour, and I think this could be paired back. Overall the presentation was nice and food was tasty. However, another positive is that they have lots of good gluten free options (especially in the cabinet). The coffee here I thought was really good and was happy with what I got for what I paid. It was a bit more classic cafe with the size of the cup you got as well as a nice strong hit of coffee.<br/><br/>Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with this place and I plan to return. They have good gluten free options, good food and coffee, a tidy and fresh environment, what more is asked.

The food and service was great but the music was torture. Loud screechy & whiny, song after song for the whole 40 minutes we were there from 9am. Could still hear it out in the car park. I understand music is subjective and there's no way you can please everyone which is even more important not to inflict it so loud and with just one genre. It's not like I'm an oldie complaining about young peoples music, it isn't even that, just boring middle of the road noisy garbage. I guess the person who selects it thinks it is nice. Most patrons appeared to be in the 40-70 age group. Maybe aim for a bit more  ambience, can't be bothered with that again.
Irene Glutzmen
Really love the great selection of salads/wraps/dessert/deli stuff they offer. Great variety and delicious (depending what you get). Portion size for the salads could be a bit bigger. A few staff there are very friendly, but some staff come across quite rude.
Lily
Always busy weather it's 7:30 am for a coffee, lunchtime or near closing.... its always busy. Ordered the chicken burgers which came out reasonably fast. Staff are friendly when you are buying items but when we ordered a small cake to takeaway, they put it in a bag upside down and the icing was squished and the cake was too, they need a better way of having takeaway cakes. Apart from that, they have a wide range of food. Would give a 4/5 but have changed my score to a 3/5. The customers are awful and think they are so "rich" and watched multiple tables of people look down on some people who came in dressing casually in jeans and a plain top. A few of the staff seemed put off by those people as they weren't as dressed up as some. This place is in Henderson, it's not flash and it's not expensive so the staff need to be more welcoming to those who aren't dressed up to the 9s and the customers too.

Always busy no matter what time or day you go. Larger selection of food and desserts. Pecan tart is really good. Coffee is nice, food is good too.
Doglovesugly
The variety of cabinet food, salads and baked goods is amazing! The place to come for lunch in West Auckland, and with plenty of parking and seating, an easy lunch. They clearly pride themselves in this establishment. The only let down was the eggs benedict! The eggs would have been nicer cooked slightly longer as there is nothing worse than that watery egg popping open, spewing its liquid into the hollandaise making a revolting soup. A small detail but if you like trying a new cafe for their bene, don't choose it here. Will def being ordering one of their delicious looking salads next time instead. Coffee is A+ but will be ordering a Piccolo instead of flat white next time.

Yummyy food, cafe is huge, clean environment and friendly staff.<br/>Definitely we will come back and try another dish!!<br/>Dessert next time please.. 😁😁😁<br/>

This place was recommended to me, but I was really disappointed. Coffee tasted ok but the staff just didn't seem happy to be dealing with customers, they seemed to be rushing even though there was no one around and I felt like I was interrupting them by ordering my coffee. Won't be back.
Libby
Quick service, food was very good, ordered ploughmans breakfast and brioshe toast. All food was well cooked, only problem with potatoes on ploughman was cold, mustard was beautiful and add a little zing to the meal. Desserts are Devine and available for takeaway.

Have to say i was really disappointed with my experience here; i wanted to give a really good review but sadly it didn't meet or come up to my expectations at all,<br/>the car park area is frankly poor; i know of at least 2 people who have arrived & driven off due to poor parking ie: usually always full...terrible trying to negotiate getting in & out...to be honest the design of the parking area needs to be looked at again and reconfigured before an accident occurs; parking out front on the road needs council attention as well especially when you are leaving, very difficult to see especially when turning right.<br/>As for the food, I had eggs benedict which arrived promptly to be fair but though edible was cold and the flat white i ordered was underwhelming (tepid & weak) I was very disappointed to say the least. Sorry but i doubt i will bother again....below average experience at best.

Service is very nice, and it’s very clean. Food is quite nice, but there could be improvements added towards preparing the food. It’s nice variety of indoor and outdoor seatings which are very nice, so you can have a choice to sit indoors or outdoors.
Hannahmareecarr2
A really nice place to go to if it’s during the week and not at peak hour. The food is always fresh and there is a very large cabinet food selection, with options to suit most dietary preferences. However, it is very popular which can make it quite busy and noisy, particularly during the weekend
Hulufe
Always busy and so popular, which is a great sign. So spacious and lots of indoor/outdoor seating so you never have to worry about finding a seat. A Huge menu and a hue variety in the cabinet to choose from. Breakfast platter was delish. Looks can be deceiving because it does fill you up. This time around I added a mango smoothie (which was very watery and lacked flavour) but the breakfast was great. The Porridge was so Devine. Lovely with the cream, I really recommend. Protein Shake was delish. The Crepes were so soft and fluffy. Really nice with the crunchy mix on top, grilled banana and lots of sweet sauce. The Oreo cake from the cabinet was very dry and stale. Lucky we had ordered a lot of different food so we didn’t bother too much. Kids breakfast (eggs and toast) was served with sourdough (we weren’t offered any option of changing our bread) and our two year old cannot eat Sourdough so he only ate the eggs. Lovely staff tho and great customer service. Always a nice place to stay and chat for a while.

I’ve been meaning to try this place since it opened and just happened to come in for an afternoon catch up wth a friend. I ordered a regular Mocha and a Lemon cupcake. The Mocha was standard in flavour. However, I wish it had a better presentation since it was give to me in a glass instead of a coffee mug. Maybe the afternoon hours were catching up to the staff but there was also chocolate powder scattered across my napkin showing little care. The lemon cupcake was quite cute and large but it was dry with little lemon flavouring. Only the lemon paste at the top had some flavouring. <br/><br/>Overall I will come back and try another dish but the afternoon efforts left much to be desired.

We see this place is always full on the weekends when we go to golden apple so we thought we would try it.<br/>Place looks nice and modern with friendly staff. We ordered a Black Forest and a White Chocolate cupcake, flat white, Brioche French Toast w creme anglaise (with the choice of Bacon, banana, maple syrup) and The Ploughman Breakfast Platter (with the choice of Grilled bacon, potato hash cake, poached eggs, creamed mushrooms pot, wholemeal sourdough bread, stuffed tomato, romesco, extra virgin avocado lime oil.<br/>When ordering The Ploughman Breakfast Platter, the lady asked how we would like the eggs, we misunderstood and said well done but then she elaborated and we said fried but you would think that we would get well done fried eggs or she would ask if that's what we wanted but we got "just" cooked eggs.<br/>The cupcakes looked great, in fact everything in the cabinets looked great but unfortunately the cupcakes we had didn't taste as good as they looked, the cake was dry and they use mock cream which really isn't anyone's favourite cream but at least there was plenty of it to offset the dry cake.<br/>Our meals didn't take too long arrive but you could tell they were just rushed and surprisingly at room temperature, not even lukewarm (we were sitting inside as well). The bananas with the French toast weren't cooked or caramelised, it was simply split and slapped on a grill purely for the markings, yum raw banana with black burnt stripes. Although it doesn't say on the menu anything is done with the bananas, I must say this is the first time we've had this dish with bananas like that. <br/>The Ploughman platter had the eggs done as mentioned but ok and the bacon was nicely cooked on one side only, the other side however was uncoloured, no browning on it whatsoever.<br/>Coffee wasn't great but that may just be our taste.<br/><br/>Overall nice looking place, nice staff, food has nice flavour and looks good but you can tell there's no care in it and maybe even cost efficiency showing through in it. Yeah they're under the pump to get food out but what decent restaurant isn't? They want to sacrifice quality over quantity then that's up to them. Just a really disappointing experience considering what we paid, the price just didn't match what we got.

The cafe has a spacious space with beautiful decoration. And there is a wide range of food options. But I cannot feel any customer services. The presentation of the cake is beautiful but it is tasteless. I ordered a pork sausage as well but I cannot taste any pork flavor from it. The coffee is average.
Jen
Was greatly surprised by the assortment of food but was incredibly disappointed in the Smashed Avocado meal. Not worth $15. Cashier was rude to my friend when ordering and my Mum's coffee was last to arrive at the table. And when my Mum went to ask where her coffee was, the Barista was not friendly at all and treated my Mother dismissively. When the Barista eventually arrived at our table with the coffee, she didn't even apologise. It was my first time at Kreem and first impressions are key for me and unfortunately with the way my Mum was treated, I will not be going back nor recommending to my friends.

Where has this place been all my life?! Huge fan of the desserts. Cupcakes are stacked. The best caramel slice I've ever had. This place is very clean and spacious.
Sarah Wilson
Absolutely love this place. Nice atmosphere, environmentally friendly with a nice selection of vegetarian foods. The bakery selection blew my mind, large selection of great looking food with reasonable prices. And although it was busy, our drinks and breakfast meals came out in 10 minutes, if that, which was a nice surprise. <br/><br/>Definitely coming back!

Ordered this savoury a sweet (yet to taste) and a flat white. Sunday morning at 8am. The woman behind the counter asked me if I would like it heated, I responded “Yes please” she gave me a number and I sat for 10 minutes. Took my order as it was given and drove away. Just going down Lincoln Rd, touched it and it was ice cold. Pulled over on Triangle and the savoury was refrigeration temperature. Had I not been going to work.. I would have been pissed. I heated it, but either incompetence or malice was involved with this, as it was only me and another gentleman in the shop. It tasted fine and the coffee too.
Tan.ned
Veery overwhelming with choices. I was happily surprised with the amount of selection they had. The service was friendly and the cafe was huge. Plenty of turnover to keep tables free for everyone. Will definitely come back again
Anita Susabda
Medium flat white is so weak, the medium coffee need more grams of coffee for the size of the container, too expensive for milk flavour coffee.
MG Corcuera
My partner and I are here almost every week! Recommended this to a couple of our friends and now have them hooked as well. We usually get something from the cabinet each, a dessert to share and coffees. Always enough to fill us up ☺️ Brioche French toast from the menu is a stunna, please keep it on the menu forever! Hands down the actual best French toast I have had. Would recommend this place! Love that there’s a booking system as well, though we’ve never used it. Never had a problem popping in at around 11-11:30.

Kreem cafe is busy, and even though it’s busy, the staff are always friendly, welcoming and smiling. I’ve come here twice now and want to come again, as the food here always comes out at a good time and always tastes delicious. The atmosphere is great and open, and they even allow dogs in which is great. My siblings order chicken and lamb burger, both were delicious and yummy, and I ordered eggs benedict with mushroom and spinach; it was very filling and the paparika on top was a nice touch. My other sibling ordered avo on toast with feta, and that was also very nice. For dessert I got creme brulee cheesecake, and it was great. Not too heavy, and the taste was great as it wasn’t too sweet. Also on my first visit I had ordered the vegetarian butchers plate, and everything was gone and tasteful. I would definitely recommend this cafe to others and come back here again 😊

I have been visiting Kreem in Universal Drive since July last year and I think that it was about time I gave credit where credit is due. I want to acknowledge the high stand and variety of food options. However, to be truthful the main reason it is my café of choice is due to the friendly and helpful staff. Two I must mention Fess and Donny. Fess’s friendly helpful and effervescence personally makes it a addition to your day. I travel all over NZ and the world and I would have to say that the standard of Donny’s coffee more than competes with any other I have had. If I don’t stop for breakfast, I normally pick up my first coffee for the day which is consistently good from my friendly helpful barrister Donny

Good variety for food. Lovely ambience especially on a sunny day. If don’t feel like eggs benne try the quiches for brekkie. Good place to try savoury food for breakfast.
Jennifer
Food is always decent and plentiful! Lovely staff, only downfall is everyone knows about it so gets busy however if you reserve a table or get in during the in-between Rush times then your in for a treat
Maria-Elena Martinez
The staff & service on Sunday 23rd of dec was not very good!! They could have given me (customer) what I order in the first but they didn’t because of there lame excuses just to avoid giving $2.00 something back to me!!! How silly was that!!! They should not worked in hospitality industry at all with that kind of attitude!!! Well done Team! I highly recommends your poor service & mostly your desirable attitude 🙌🙌🙌
Steve Walker
Came for a late breakfast. The selection of food was excellent and our Eggs Benedict and French Toast were both excellent. But the staff were terrible.Lady taking our order and the barista both acted like they were'nt interested. Only the lady bringing our orders out had any personality.

My family and I come here often.<br/>The meal was fine, I ordered a creamy mushroom, and when I got to the bottom, there was a strand of wavy hair around 5cm long. I told the waitress about it, but she said it was a 'mushroom fiber'.<br/>She picked it up and tried breaking the 'mushroom fiber' but couldn't.<br/>In the end, she was still adamant it was a mushroom fiber.<br/>Strongest thinnest hair like mushroom fiber I've ever witnessed in my life.

First time at this place and it’s honestly one of my favourite cafes now! Ordered the mushroom eggs bene and the banana protein smoothie, both were so good. Food came out very fast and there are a lot of options in the cabinets as well- a selection of donuts (I got one for the road), slices, muffins, brioches etc. Highly recommend coming to eat here I was very impressed 😌
Bayley
Love Kreme Cafe!! At one point we had been 3 weekends and one week day in a row. Best cabinet food I’ve ever seen, creamy mushrooms are delicious, so are the breakfast platters. Always get a donut for the road. Easy 5/5.
Kate Williamson
Haven't been here in ages. $3 for a fluffy which was mainly milk and no actual fluffy milk. Expected more for the price. Lucky the wee man drunk it instead of pouring on the floor which normally what would happen with that much milk. Soy mocha disgusting as they use alpro soya which tastes like water. Won't be back for coffee until I forget like last time!
Marloo
Amazing selection of cabinet food. I had a ‘caramelised onion and chicken savoury’- really tasty and I also tried a ‘falafel wrap’ (I was hungry!) Staff asked if I’d like it heated, it was good. Some staff were friendlier than others. My friend didn’t like her milkshake (for the price) She said it wasn’t cold and it tasted watery. I took a banoffee pie/tart home - really really good!!
July
Coming here weekly to have their cabinet dessert. It is so good!!!! Really like their atmosphere and especially their coffee and dessert!!!! Especially their banoffee and donut!!
Kelvin
Love the atmosphere at kreem, sitting outside when the sun is out is great. It can get packed at timesband hard to find a seat.<br/>The food is good and the food in the cabinet look amazing!<br/>Ive had the eggs bene nothinf to special compared to other places, the big breakfast is great though and they give this nice mushroom sauce, the french toast is really good to and its a big portion.<br/>Always love coming here for brunch.
Sue Miller
I come in the mornings when it's quiet. The best place for coffee in Henderson in my experience, especially if you land Donny as your barista - he'll make it the way you like it every time. Others also go the extra distance to personalise my daily ritual. Great cafe!

Came here recently for a meal with my sister niece and nephew. Carpark was jam packed seems to be a very popular place. Not a spare table in sight we sat down at a table yet to be cleared. (Indoor and outdoor seating available )<br/><br/>Lots of cabinet options, cooked menu and sweets on offer. The kids menu was more fancy than what was expected so we just got them chips. Adults had burger and fries . Decent portion sizing but didn't taste as good as I was expecting.<br/><br/>My sister enjoyed her banana oat smoothie. My milkshake was not very good for $8.50. Have had better ones for under $3 at my local takeaway. The muffin cake was different.<br/><br/>On the fence about this place however I am still keen to come back and try some of the cabinet items. Also if you don't like busy noisy company avoid lunchtime!
Julia
This is good place to enjoy sweet cabinet food.<br/>Price is cheap to have many kinds savoury at once ,but one thing is little bit noisy as crowded by customer.
CJWG
Been here several times and it's a bit hit and miss. Salads are a bit bland but the coffee is strong and I like the variety of drinks. I just need a little more oomph in the taste but it's probably a place my Nan would love
Tom
Popped in here in a group of 9, there was zero effort to help us put a table together. Once we had ordered, 3 out of our 9 orders were incorrect and the staff went on to tell us it was our order and it’s what ‘the docket’ says. Well mate, I have never drunk milk before and we ordered a regular and a soy fw so maybe consider the person taking the order got it wrong? In the other meal, bacon was ordered, and again asked for dairy free, the bacon never came and there was a massive block of butter and also feta on the bread?!? And once again, ‘it’s on the docket’ was the answer from the extremely rude staff. I mean I’ve owned my own cafes and I understand things go wrong, but it was not particularly busy and there’s no reason to be rude when we were nothing but polite. I would have given a 1 but the doughnut was actually really nice and the cabinet food looked really good. Apart from that, definitely don’t have the effort if you’re not from around there.
Renee
Nice place for a Sunday brunch. If you’re in a bit of a rush they have plenty of window food that all look amazing. However it can get quite busy so be prepared to wait a bit
Nathalie
First time dining here for lunch and the place is well presented and cosy inside. Very spacious and clean. I had a baby with me and the staff didn’t really serve us, I asked her for a high chair and she didn’t give it so I had to get the high chair whilst holding my baby. They weren’t very friendly at all no greetings or anything and it took them a long time to clear the tables. Food was average I got a beef burger and it was dry and the beef patty didn’t taste fresh. Apart from that the place is nice and they had lots of cabinet food and sweet treats so perhaps I’ll try those next time instead.

This place is great! If you are looking for something great out West, this is one of them. <br/><br/>The cabinet itself had great food with so many options. Their menu was great too as there were options to customise your food. Staff I encountered were friendly and food came out pretty fast.<br/><br/>From the decor, atmosphere, customer service and variety in food definitely a 5. I reckon if you are looking for something to take away and you are in the area then go for their cabinet food. Everything looks so fresh and delicious.<br/><br/>I got one of the big breakfast and did not expect it to be that big. I reckon you can share between two people. I also had the whey protein chocolate banana smoothie, delicious 😋<br/><br/>Coming back for more!

Had a catch up last weekend with some friends and I was blown away with the different sweet's that were served.<br/>Good parking, nice outdoor seating, friendly staff and nice breakfast. Definitely recommend to try one of their pastries, donuts and the list goes on :)
Bianca
This place was seriously amazing. The staff were so friendly, the ambience was bubbly and exciting, and the food was the best! We ordered from the display windows and the menu, and all our food was to perfection. 10/10

Ended up here by accident due to a cancelled meeting but boy did this place make my day better. Fast and friendly service, open for more time than the average cafe, and I can not overstate the amazing sweets they have. My avocado toast was probably a bit pricey for what it is (the tomato cost a bit extra) but just for the pretty plate I will give it 5 Stars still. Next time I am in West Auckland I will definitely return for their cupcakes!
I_like_pickles
Grabbed a quick breakfast here on a cloudy day. The cafe had a big open dining space with plenty of seats.<br/><br/>I ordered scrambled eggs, creamy mushrooms and toast. It was served with a decent amount of butter and I liked how the mushrooms were served separately on a dish of its own.<br/><br/>The eggs were nicely done. Not too dry. It was an OK breakfast, your usual cafe breakfast but nothing stand out.

Been coming here for a while now and today had the omelette whihbwas spiced prawn, spinach and hariasa with their gluten free flour free seed bread<br/><br/>Was nice and filled me up<br/><br/>

Came out from Central Auckland for family breakfast one Saturday morning, where a couple relatives had pre-booked a section for us. <br/><br/>Nice open cafe space that played kiwi music, which I usually don't hear much of when I eat out, so a nice change. Quite a detailed menu plus lots of pastries in the cabinet. <br/>Well staffed as the service was fast for a busy cafe. <br/><br/>I felt like something sweet & savoury so I ordered crepes & the (vegetarian) ploughmans breakfast platter which was so big I should've ordered one or the other. Both were delicious & very filling. I do think though that the meringue wasn't needed & the lemon sauce was a bit much (in the crepe dish, along with everything else, it was quite sweet). Most of my group ordered a ploughmans platter & were left very full, there was even leftover bacon (which is usually the first to go). <br/>Generous portions of everything & plate was well seasoned & presented on a board. I'd love to come back & try one of their pastries omelette dishes. <br/><br/>Overall great first experience here at this West Akl cafe.<br/><br/>

A sophisticated, modern setting with affordable food items and dessert pieces. Great place for a brunch with friends and family. Recommended for everyone to come.

We love Kreem. The selection of food is huge without sacrificing quality. The staff are always flat tack but friendly. It can be very crowded so we usually book a table. Our group often has a baby or two and the staff are so accommodating e.g. the first time we went they seated us in the corner of the restaurant where it was slightly quieter and closer to the loo for nappy changes.

Went for brunch today, food and service were great, only disappointment was the girl who made our drinks, she was very rude and unprofessional when questioned about our mix up over our drink order, and told us that is what we order, and came back with the receipt, to prove her point and walked away. Great customer right there, NOT, it did solve the problem, maybe this girl needs to be retrained on customer service.

So, I always wanted to try kreem cafe for so long and finally today I decided to visit the cafe and try out some brunch. If I talk about the ambience, it was pretty good and the place was busy too. First, at the entrance I was greeted very nicely and the staff is really friendly. <br/><br/>The food was good, I ordered eggs benedict with grilled bacon. I would give it 4 out of 5 because I have had some better egg bennys at other cafes too so it was just all right. Coffee tasted really good, Black and bitter as it is expected to be ahaha?! <br/><br/>Then I ordered the oreo cupcake with mellow yello smoothie which tasted really nice. <br/><br/>So overall, its 4 out of 5 for me. Will i visit again? Yeah! Its a good place for brunch dates. 😉

My first time here and I absolutely loved it! The staff were friendly and fast, loved the presentation of the food. For me personally I found that there was too much bacon and so maybe a little less of that and more of something else to even out the portion sizes would’ve been good (each to their own)however that didn’t take away the fact that the quality of the food was great!

staff were polite and friendly, cleared the table on request and also cleared when we were finished eating. <br/><br/>Food came out together and within a good time. <br/><br/>Food was excellent! We all ordered different meals and not a single person was left disappointed. <br/><br/>Fav - platter and smashed avo. Crepes were also good. <br/><br/>Table of 6 <br/>

Food: Kreem Cafe has a wonderful and large selection of food. More than you can imagine I’ve returned multiple times to taste most of the menu + the salads, pastas, pastries and desserts at the cashier. Everything was so filling. Large large portions for a reasonable price. My favourite would be their egg Benedict’s with crispy bacon as the hollandaise sauce is made perfectly. Though I must admit I’m not a big fan of their coffees or cold drinks. As their coffee was scolding hot, one of the waitresses had to warn me which was the first. <br/><br/>Ambience: felt very homey, has a large range of seating. Also gives you the choice of outside <br/><br/>

Very good site in Henderson<br/>Variety choices for cabinet food and even menu look tempting<br/>Crowd<br/>Could have been better with more staffs, so chef dont have to deliver food<br/><br/>

Been here a few times as their donuts are a favorite of mine. Have had a few sweet treats and have liked them all. Its usually quite busy which is always a good sign. Coffee wasnt the greatest and neither was the salad i got from the cabinet but the sweets never disappoint.

I love this place always a massive selection and lovely friendly staff, there are loads of tables which is great because it gets very busy. Such amazing food for a decent price... coffee is on point to!!

Best cafe I’ve been to... mushroom egg Benedict’s were marvelous, nice crunchy fries with hot burgers and sizzling hot grill chicken fillet.. clean and classy place 👌
Akym
They have a large range of food to choose from but quality is disappointing. Salads aren’t fresh, desserts look nice but doesn’t taste that great. Really enjoyed the salmon bagel from this place when they first opened but sadly this has been removed from the menu long time ago. Hard to find a table sometimes and parking can also be difficult.
Coffeeomg
It's still a new born establishment so I will revisit later to rate it again. It was crowded (which is a good sign), but with the large staff numbers and a nice new kitchen, the establishment should still be able to cope with the demand. However, I must praise the positive attitude delivered by the servers, especially the busy drink department. As part of the Kreem Cafe franchise, I sincerely hope this establishment can find it's own personality, as other cafe/restaurants in the vicinity, allowing the bakers and chefs to add their personal touches on their creations, in order to standout from others. Looking forward to it!

Really nice place to go for a casual and relaxing breakfast. Nice food and decently priced compared to other cafes. They have a wide selection of pastries and cakes too at the front counter and the coffee was good too. I would recommend this place to others 👍

Good ambiance & huge range of cabinet food. Scone was delicious but the Spanish omelet was bland. However charging $5 for 2 slithers of tasteless toast is unacceptable. I've eaten better & this experience certainly wasn't good value for $$
Caitlin
Been here a few times now and even though it's quite often packed full, I've always gotten my food in good time and staff have always been friendly. Food is delicious, in particular the food from the cabinets! And pricing isn't too bad either.

Just had Brunch at Kreem in Henderson, for the first and last time.<br/>we ordered Eggs Bennie and Mushrooms on toast. we were delivered Eggs bennie with a side of Mushrooms, and poached eggs on toast.<br/>When we asked for the correct meals, we had a woman appear at our table who stated that "you need to come up to the counter and pay the difference" - according to her, we had only been charged for one meal. No apology, no explanation, just a snotty demand for more money.<br/><br/>I paid, as I was not sure if I was being overcharged or not, and because we were by now very keen to actually get something to eat.<br/>When the food arrived it was CRAP - the original eggs bennie had clearly been put in the warming draw, and my wifes mushrooms were a "mean" serving, to say the least.<br/><br/>Sierra, just down the road, has it all over this place - go there if you are in the area.

Totally love this place, huge selection to pick from healthy salads to stunning cup cakes. No shortage on seating, or parking.Would highly recommend a visit.

Although we don’t live it the area, Kreem proved to be a regular for those nearby and for good reason. Parking is easy – located right beside the building and although it gets quiet busy here they have plenty of staff on so wait times are pretty good. <br/><br/>I was impressed by their range of salads and sweet treats in their cabinet – large cream filled donuts, assorted cupcakes, cakes and slices…if you have a sweet tooth, you have been warned. My partner and I both ordered the Smashed avocado. Served on ciabatta with feta, coriander and paprika the portion was decent and with more than enough avo! They didn't skimp on it that’s for sure, it was actually a bit much for me personally so I put some to<br/>the side. The feta worked well and the paprika added abit of a kick. We would have enjoyed it more if there was less coriander though, it was a little over powering for us. <br/><br/>The staff are friendly and efficient considering the fast paced environment. Definitely worth a visit if you need some sweet treats - perfect for any special events or simply just because👌🏼

Their food is nice, has a quite reasonable price, and they have a good variety of dishes. Moreover, it is really spacious. Disappointed by customer service.
Nikki Rowan
A large open space with menu options or cabinetry food. The food looks stunning sitting in the cabinets but is only substandard, same with the coffee. Service is good.
KELBEAN25
Can't judge the food as I didn't have any just had coffee. Service isn't that friendly. No greeting, in fact the person serving didnt even speak. Coffee tastes extremely milky and lacking depth.
S J
I liked the spacious bright open space of this cafe. there's a good amont of cabinet food for sweets & salads.<br/>However I wasn't impressed by the food I tried.<br/>Chicken & walnut salad - not fresh green with dried chicken which was like eating towel or cardboard, overall tasteless salad.<br/>Strawberry cup cake - the sponge was not moist soft, much better having a blueberry muffin from Countdown 😅<br/>Cherry tart - I liked this one the most, a mix of sweetness + sourness was in a good balance.

We had the best coffee ever! Thank you for the lovely and delicious meals. A top notch service! (2 thumbs up). A must stop place!! ...esp either heading to the beaches or coming back.

Kreem is by far my favourite cafe for a morning meal. The Big breakfast here is very filling and worth the money you pay for it. The doughnuts....OHHH the doughnuts are just....amazeballs!<br/>The only thing I don't like about Kreem is the fact that its so popular that the queues can get quite long and the place is always packed for breakfast. If you haven't tried Kreem, slap yourself and get there! You won't be disappointed. 😉
Bronwen Watson
I do love this cafe for its large range of food, amazing deserts, heaps of seating and baby friendly environment... however some food is a bit bland the Thai salad was rather disappointing but once you know whats good and whats not, its a great cafe

Came here on a busy Sunday morning for brunch, ordered pasta and eggs bene, despite being crazy busy we were served promptly and got our meals fast. Eggs were standard couldn’t really taste their sauce even though there was a lot of it. The smoothie was average just berries and coconut water, if anything their pasta was the highlight full of taste and very filling
Bianca Ratima
Been a few ocassions service can be hit or miss unfortunately we have found. Menu not huge but also cabinet items. Salads a little over priced to have as a side with something. Sweets look amazing!
S2Psycho
Went with some friends to have brunch, we ordered coffee, beef burger, chicken burger, and steak sandwich. Beef burger over cooked and not juicy at all, chicken burger was way too salty... and very tuff, lastly the steak sandwich over did it with the sauce. way to saucy. Coffee... abit dissapointing, i think they should work on the taste first than the coffee art (latte art), the coffee tasted burnt and milk was over foamed, too hot to be exact. Service was okay, could be better. Overall abit of shame for a great looking place, expected better.

Went here today with my partner as our usual weekend cafe was closed. This is a nice open plan cafe, lots of seating and looks welcoming. <br/><br/>We ordered at counter, I ordered a brioche and an OJ and my partner ordered an eggs Benedict and Flat White. I got given mine straight away so we went to go find a table. A lot of them were covered in dirty plates or hasn't been wiped down. We found a clean table outside and sat down. <br/><br/>The eggs Benedict arrived after 15 minutes however it took a really long time for the coffee to arrive.<br/><br/>The food was ok, nothing special and the service was pretty much non existent. Probably wouldn't come back here again unless I was just getting a takeaway cake or something.

Nice cafe out West. Very spacious and a lot of seating. Their cabinets are full of yummy looking food. <br/><br/>I ordered the salmon eggs benedict and it was pretty good. I mean overall the food was pretty standard. Wasn't outstanding or bad.
Josie
I love how beautiful this place is! Their choices of cabinet food and menu food is extensive and you will find something for everyone on it.

Ive always wanted to try this place located in west Aucklands Universal drive. It is a beautifully presented new building that has a balance of stone, concrete and wood finnishes through out that created a warm feel for me.<br/>Food looked great in the huge display cabinets though i only stopped by for tea and cake😄.<br/>The Staff here were well presented and friendly and managed to get through the long cue we were standing in reasonably quikly which is a bonus for me as i hate waiting to eat😒😂.<br/>So well done Kreem i'll be back next time to try something hot😊.
Krista Belle
Very busy on a Sunday afternoon but tonnes of seating so not a problem, lovely and warm outside in the sun! Huge range of food in the cabinets as well as a cooked menu to choose from (that's their only downfall - everything looks great ha) lovely coffee and service with a smile. Already planning me return!

Key Points: *Dont Bother With the Menu<br/>                    *Overpriced and poor quality off the menu, cabinet food looked good<br/>First time I came here I ordered eggs Benedict with salmon and spinach. I was really disappointed to find the bread its on is a cheap burger bun...so then i thought, oh this place must sell burgers as well as they're obviously trying to save $, sure enough they do. <br/><br/>So I like to give a place a chance so the next and last time I visited I ordered the lamb burger, my friend ordered a beef burger. It was the promise of Gherkin that sold us, we love a good burger. The kitchen was about to close but we managed to get in just in time. Well the burgers came out and we couldn't tell the difference between our burgers, the patties were the same, we guessed maybe Lamb but it was a bit of a mystery meat situation, what happened to the beef burger? Who knows?. Not only that the burger was missing the caramelised onions and the gherkin, The cheese did not taste like aged cheddar as described, you could hardly taste it at all. The sauce for the chips was the cheapest sweetest cheap tomato sauce and it was served randomly in this little plastic pottle on the plate, which made the whole thing look cheap. It tasted cheap, the chips tasted like old oil. The problem is, it was $18 and so not worth it. The cabinet food looked amazing though, don't bother with the menu.
Couple Of Cheap Westies
Wide range of cabinet food, pastries, salads and sweets. Very open planned cafe with nice sunlight that comes through. We came here on a Tuesday morning and there was plenty of seating but I can imagine it'd get pretty busy on the weekends! I couldn't say no to the sweet treats and ordered the cherry tart at $6.90. A little pricey but well worth it - filled with custard and a chocolate base, the tart was amazing! I also ordered the eggs on 5 grain toast which was crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside accompanied with two big slabs of butter. The scrambled eggs were a little runny for my preference and topped with a peri peri seasoning of some sort which was kind of weird but with salt and pepper the eggs were as you'd imagine. My bf ordered the big breakfast and big it definitely was! The mushrooms and Rosti were good and I had a taste of the kransky sausage which was yummy too! The coffee here was fast and hot! A definite win as well as great service. The only let down will probably be the prices here. Well be back to try the rest of the cabinet food!
Alice Alltaleb
I just want to grab a coffee to go...but they give me for dining. So I go to ask for take away, the lady who is standing in front of coffee machine just give me a cup! A takeaway cup! Help yourself?!?! This is really break my day! I will never come again!
Mlise94
Awesome place! Yummy food and great service. Your menu is awesome as well as the choice from the cabinet. Would definitely go back again!!!!
Tanisha Kumar
Excellent customer service and the coffee is good too! The food I found to be somewhat average but the desserts were quite nice. Give it a shot if u like!
Charlotte Worrall
The best donuts in the west! <br/>Not to mention great coffee, delicious cabinet food and awesome service. So much selection to choose from, would highly recommend!
Kasanita Kini
Tried this place out for the first time yesterday during breakfast hours. Service could definitely use some improvement but the food was amazing. The lady at the till didn't even attempt a smile whilst I was placing my order. I got the eggs Benedict with bacon and a mocha and that was delicious. My friend got the big breakfast and she also enjoyed her meal. Really love the wide range of foods they have on display from the salads to the diffent types of cakes and pastries. Would definitely be back to try other things on the menu and hopefully service will be different next time around.
Hannahbannah412
Definitely call in advance because the place was packed! We didnt mind waiting for a good spot as we had heard good reviews of the place. When our food arrived it was lack luster and disappointing. I had eggs benedict, the muffin was so dry it was like cutting through cardboard, eggs were fine but the hollandaise had no flavour to it. Our coffee was also burnt. Staff were lovely and the place had a nice vibe, just a bit let down by the quality of food.
DannyMoorhouse97
Worst Cafe in Auckland to be realistic, shocking service: lazy and rude waitresses, we needed to help ourselves of drinking water and serviettes! ... horrible food, the hamburger looked like was made up of the cheapest meat, bread, salad and fries you could buy in a supermarket!<br/>would rate it a 0.0 if allowed by website.
Georgia Vossen
The cabinet food here is AWESOME. Such a massive selection, so many choices in sweet treats and savoury foods. Good prices too! <br/>I've been twice now, the first time ordered the smashed avocado on 5grain bread with added eggs and was extremely disappointed. The bread wasn't too splendid and the avocado was almost Mexican style with red onion and spices. Very strange. My friend got the eggs benedict which looked amazing though. I feel the cabinet food is better for what you get and pay, and would come back for that. Got a regular salad from the cabinet the second time I came which was really good, good size, filled me up. <br/>Good spot, outdoor and indoor seating, always very busy here from what I've seen. Fast friendly service.
Melemai Kamutoa
Very nice fit out for this cafe, open and spacious, it can get quite busy but that's to be expected. The food is average, the 3 times I have been here I have had either scrambled eggs on toast or the omelette and both are ok. The issue I had though is with the front of house service. The last two times I visited was served by the same girl and both times she spoke to me like I was stupid, first when I pointed to a cake and asked "which flavour is that?" The reply being "strawberry, like the tag says" said tag was on the bottom shelf, no tags for the top ones 😑 the third (and last time) I went I asked for a takeaway coffee, she gave me a number for the tables, I said "oh I asked for takeaway so I won't be needing the eat in number" her reply was "well how are we suppost to find you?" In a quiet cafe. She did not give anyone else ordering a takeaway coffee a number for the table. Service is paramount and it is severely lacking in this establishment.

Initial plan was to go Little Sister Cafe for Eggs benny, but unintentionally drove past an aesthetically pleasing place named Kreem Cafe, thus had to logically turn back to try this place out! <br/><br/>Walked into a spacious cafe with great vibe. The outdoor seating looked out on the busy road, which was nice. <br/><br/>Cafe itself had a huuuuuuge selection of cabinet food, from the range of endless healthy food choices to those naughty sweet treats. <br/><br/>I ordered their Trim latte, Bacon Eggs Benny along with a Jam Donut and Choc cake that was shared. Couldnt fault their coffee. Eggs Benny was nothing too amazing, lacked abit of hollandaise sauce with a much thinner consistency that what I normally like. However, I do prefer the Little Sister Eggs Benedict a little more. <br/>Their jam donut was nice, but think their was abit too much cream and not enough jam so found it abit to sickening after a few bites. The cake was probably the best out of the two. Moist and not too sickly sweet, which i enjoy. <br/><br/>Overall, I do enjoy this cafe + their customer service, thus will definitely be coming back to try more of their huge selection of foood!
Pauline Bennett
Wide range of cabinet food, both sweet and savoury plus order from the menu option.  We ordered a pumpkin soup and a tomato soup. Both a bit bland - pumpkin could have benefited from a sprinkle of herbs or parmesan  cheese and the tomato needed something extra too as it appeared to be a can of tomatoes put through a blender and heated through. We wouldn't order either of these again. Fast and friendly service and the coffee was good and hot.
Angel Cueva
I just live out west so it's so delightful to finally have a cafe that I can come to all the time. Cabinet food is to die for and their kitchen menu is just as good!! Honestly one of the best cafes that you all need to try out here in west :)
Christina Vito
The pumpkin soup was pretty standard nothing about this stood out. For the price of $9 you can't really complain. The eggs benedict with bacon was very bland in flavour, only upside I can think of you get a lot of bacon. This place seems to be quite popular so I'd suggest to go in quite early to make sure you'll have a table. I would definitely go back and try something different :)

Went to this cafe resto for lunch today. Full of people, could not get seating inside. So we just took the outside seating. Not so bad for winter to seat outside with the nice hot latte. Ordered the quiches with chicken, a bit dry but still okay. Had the vietnam salad, a bit nice but should have been better. Had the iced coffee, but seems like it was iced vanilla. The resto was very busy, packed of people. Got a low expectations from my side, did not really disappointed but could have been better. All and all is okay, just enjoy your time there.
Niamh Slattery
Nice big cafe and great while shopping nearby on a Sunday . can grab lunch, brunch or a inner super easy and reasonable . there is plenty of seating inside and out. The food is pretty standard overall as of the quantity but its reasonable . the o side seafing if busy is super loud so my order was misheard and had to be redone but staff were helpful and speedy service
Isabella
So many options to choose from! Decently priced cabinet food and decent service considering it's been pretty busy during the times I've been here! Good cafe in the Henderson area :)

Went for lunch yesterday for the first time. What a great cafe. Food was excellent, such a huge range and everything tasted great. Food arrived quickly by very friendly helpful staff. I will definitely be back.<br/>
Danielle Hanwright
Selection of food was really impressive, lots to choose from however I was quite disappointed by my meal and the service. Went with a work group, half the tables food came out, then the rest arrived 10 mins later. I got a beef burger, really huge portion and presentation was great however the burger was dry and the patty had no flavour. Work colleagues ordered a salad which again looked great, however had no dressing and was very bland. Was very impressed with the dessert tart I got though
Joan Sinclair
I've been here a few times now and continually get disappointed with the service. Food ordered from the kitchen comes out promptly but then we wait 20 minutes later for food from the cabinet to arrive. <br/><br/>Missing hot water for our long black, we had to ask 3 different people but no one brought anything.<br/><br/>Pastries are divine however the food from the kitchen is mediocre.
Samantha Young
Been wanting to try this place out ever since it popped up behind Countdown Lincoln Road. Love the exterior of this place, reminds me of a lodge in the snow. A lot of seating available inside and out. Was nice to spend a "winter day" sitting outside in the sun. You need to order and pay for your food before you take a seat. We ordered the Spanish Omelette and Big Breakfast which came out just after our drinks hit the table. The omelette was a tad on the plain side with no much seasoning or flavour, so had to steal some bacon and mushrooms from the plate across from me. The Big Breakfast was satisfying and definitely hit the spot. They have a seriously good sausage *lol* in that dish. Overall it was an average-good meal. Their cabinet food definitely attracts though! Will def try some of those sweets next time.
Michael Jamieson
It was Saturday morning and for a while there was only one checkout with a long queue.  My coffee did not come out.  I asked two different waitresses, both said they would check and did nothing.  I  had to approach the Barista who apologised and finally made one.  By then numerous people ahead of us had been served.  My number had not been given to the Baristas. The service is shocking and we will not be back.

First time dining here,as I was very curious to try despite the reviews I had already read beforehand. Happy to say I was greeted by a smiling face and once I approached the gorgeous cabinet of salads and pasta galore one of the staff members greeted me once again and explained to me how the ordering system works. Once I had made a decision I was quickly ushered down to a cashier who took my order (mocha Thai salad and a frittata) and sat down to enjoy the buzzing atmosphere. It was very busy, the food selection is vast and the sweet selection is to die for!!definitely recommended for a sweet tooth!I will be returning to this cafe, best in the West, the teething problems seem to be sorted, cudos to management for tackling the issues head on and making a difference!!
Max
I don't see why this place is so popular as the staff are quite rude, no attempt to even acknowledge you.<br/><br/>The food seems cheap, rushed and very little for the $ u pay . The management are to blame I'd say. <br/><br/>Coffie was ok tho.
Glen Fraser
Due to a lack of good cafes in the area, this is a good option. Clean, great staff and reasonably inexpensive food. What I can't believe, is that a cafe like this doesn't have WiFi. It's a great space to sit and work and order from the menu for a couple of hours... but you can't because the owners have decided that it's too hard to put in the simplest thing and not provide what even the worst cafes have on offer. It's 2017 guys WIFI is a simple thing to offer.
Yom
I Love this place, food was fresh and delicious with a few gluten free options. Was incredibly busy and had to sit outside on the cold as there were no inside seats. Will be returning in the future.
Shanna
The vibe is pretty good. But the food is just okay at least for the chicken burger I've tried. Got a funny after taste. Very busy lunch hours though. So could possibly be I did not order right.
KM
When you walk in through the front door the queue to the cashier is really confusing. When customers look confused, none of the staff indicate which direction to stand at etc nor are there any helpful small signs to indicate where to pay and then pick up. Lots of seating that's spacious and the café is very open and well lit with natural light.<br/><br/>I have been here 4x and every time the customer service has been appalling. From no acknowledgment with a simple reply of, 'Hello' or even a smile from any of the staff at the front. FOH Staff were terribly unfriendly. How on earth is this place busy? This sunlit café with a really well stocked cabinet is a big let down with the frosty attitudes from the staff. Why do you all actually work there? Or better yet, how? <br/><br/>My last visit there (which is my final because I'm so over wasting my lunch break there) I asked for a slice of the raspberry choc slice in the cabinet closest to the till, the female staff member at the till said, "Oh no you can't i can't cut it up". I was surprised because it was lunch time and busy but she couldn't cut the slice? I was confused. Waited for my mocha and sweet treat for about 15 minutes. The male barista was so unfriendly and also the mocha was terrible to drink. I had a couple sips and just wasted my money buying it. The donut I admit was devine BUT the FOH staff are terrible and the worst I've ever experienced in all the cafés I've been to in the last 10 years. <br/><br/>Never again will I bother stepping foot into this place and I'll also never recommend this wasted place to anyone. Such a shame for a beautiful café to have the worst customer service ever.
Mercypatch
General vibe is pretty good, lots of seating both indoor and outdoor and space between tables is comfortable. It's clean and air is fresh.<br/><br/>Service is ok, not great, not bad, it's ok.<br/><br/>Ordered a mocha, which is stronger on the coffee side rather than chocolate, which was good for a night of no sleep. The fluffy was very cute which my toddler loved.<br/><br/>Ordered some sweet muffins and slices from the cabinet, probably wouldn't do that again, seemed pretty dry so not overly enjoyable. I Ordered a cream cheese and berry muffin which had one berry and the stain of another one....but no berry. Cream cheese was half a teaspoon maybe? So crazy disappointing. <br/><br/>Found the lining up part a bit confusing. Felt like an idiot being confused but watched other people wondering around like lost sheep not knowing where to line up, so felt better about my blondness. So maybe a clearer idea of where to line up so people don't think others are jumping the queue....They are just in a little maze of Kreem confusion. :)

Came here to grab a coffee but was so overwhelmed and surprised once I got through the door. This cafe boasts a very large food menu and I'm talking very very large range of options of over 4 cabinets full of food! One coffee for me turned into 2 and I couldn't help myself and grabbed a few more salads. I was amazed. Everything was just right, salad were fresh, coffee was well done, atmosphere was great with so many tables and people. I had to drag myself out the door before I empty my pockets and buy their whole cabinet! This cafe is probabky the best in west Auckland if not the whole Auckland!

Came here on a Friday for light brunch. This place is super busy that all seats and tables inside were occupied by people. It was quite windy so I definitely do not wanna sit outside. I'm lucky enough to grab a corner seat after I ordered a cappuccino and a plum and almond brioche. The coffee came a little bit slower than I expected but given that they are so busy so it is still understandable. I really like the thick milk forth on top of my cappuccino. I'm not a coffee person and this cappuccino was quite bitter so me so I need 2 sugar. The brioche was really nice, not too sweet, really just nice. Only if the waiteress could ask if I'd like to get it heat up a little bit.<br/><br/>Overall experience was good, nice good and comfortable environment. Perhaps if they are less busy customer could get a better service. They have wide range of food selection so might come back to try again.
Rochelle Holland
All the food is amazing, if a little pricey. The donuts and sweets are really good. We had the custard donut which was really lovely. I also had a chicken curry hotpot and that was also quite tasty. The layout is nice and the premises are clean and appealing.<br/>Service needs a bit of work.<br/>
