Food was really good. Heaps of seating and parking.

Best Carls Jr I have had! The dining room was clean, tidy and spacious. Burgers were well presented not just slapped together. Staff were friendly and effecient.

Friendly staff. Clean place, good location & parking. Except for a little hiccup initially, great service! Burger was well-made and not just slapped together. Oreo Milkshake is fantastic. Fries were a fresh batch. Love the ketchup AND mayo served to go alongside!

I like the criss cut fries and sundae was pretty nice. Had the Cali burger which was decent too. It's pretty good for fast food but it's not good value overall.

Can only comment on the Lincoln Road store. Great burgers. Bloody brilliant shakes. Service was great, quick, and efficient.

Great burger and sides. Takes a while, very bland atmosphere. Give the a try, you won't be disappointed.

Still got good burgers and fries...noticed the salad bar had gone, and the place is quite expensive. Cost over $70 for 4 of us.

The burger was amazing!!! But I almost slipped because the floors were greasy so that was not fun.

Oh man I’m bloody blown away with the service here! Sherzad is one of the best servers I have ever encountered at a fast food drive thru. He is super polite. The food is hot, fresh and just super juicy. Onion rings are crunchy. The coke tastes like real coke! Just an all round fabulous experience at the Lincoln Road Carl’s Jr! 😊

We spent over $50 and received inedible, stone cold, soggy burgers and fries. This is surprising as they’re usually pretty fresh and tasty. We also asked for extra ketchup sachets but didn’t even get one. After this experience, we’ll be reluctant to return.

The coke was good, only thing I like tbh were the chips they were mediocre, very hot which was a plus considering we got take away but lacked seasoning, dry bland. The burger looked good was definitely eye porn but it was extremely dry patties that had a weird flavour the onion rings were soggy no crunch. If I ever came back to Carl’s jr you’d have to pay me too eat their food or maybe I’d just go to maccas. Not worth a penny please do yourself a favour and don’t come here we should of realised with the empty lines and lack of customers that there food was garbage 🗑

Great customer service from staff. Also got a free burger just by providing feedback. Unfortunately, they don't have water as an option from their drinks machine so I needed to go to the counter and ask for it (I was given tap water).

Trash. Forgot extra burgers so had to drive back. No apologies. Just handed the food and walked back. Don’t come here if you want things missing in the order or bad service. Even their food isn’t great.<br/><br/>Patties were cold, bun too soft. Their drinks tasted like nothing as if their syrup ran out. Half the fries were good except for the fact it had no salt. The other, cold and too salty. Hot dogs are mediocre. <br/><br/>Train your staff better and learn how to work in the fast food industry.

Californian Combo - very tasty!<br/>Carls Jr has the best "quick" burgers without doubt. Service is a bit slow, but well worth the wait. Cheeseburger is about the same size as a Big Mac but at a fraction of the cost. At long last this branch has hired good staff, making the process enjoyable - pity they have stopped the salad bar though!

Good customer service with a relaxed environment . I went here for a lunch. I had Jalapeño combo . I loved the burger with an interesting new flavour.

Purchased through drive through, quick dinner on the way home. Queue, non existent even though it was peak traffic. Win. Patient order taking person which I appreciate, I don't like being rushed. Food was promptly ready and fresh. We come here like bi monthly and usually had great service dine in also. Will be a returning customer.

The worse Carl's Jr I have been too. I wonder why no one goes there. They have bad service, staff don't smile or seem to care. Their food is not fresh. Served us old fries! No pride in their burger making. Never coming back here again

Went to carls jr, on friday night, the drive through was extremely slow, they overfilled my drinks to the point it was over flowing throughthe lid when they gave it to me, and gave me a straw that was for a milkshake so i couldnt drain any. The chicken in the burger was dry and tasteless. I will not be going back there again.

Not far from mum's work, I came here to try out one of their largest burgers: TheMemphis BBQ Thickburger that is. Every time before I eat a specific burger, I tend to take the top bun off and see what it's like. Everything seemed to be in place with the ingredients when the took the top bun off the thickburger. <br/><br/>At any fast food restaurant you would expect the service to be really average or ok in terms of what their personality is like. It's easy to tell by their movements and facial expression and the way they handle the food. Their service was alright, the waiting time was nothing out of the ordinary.<br/><br/>It was almost the evening by the time I arrived here, the place wasn't as clean because there were food scraps on the floor. The layout is pretty much what you find at any fast food restaurant and the view looking out, well you can be the judge of that.

A fast food joint. Can't go too wrong with these places. Cheap, fast, staff that don't reaaallly care but try not to show it etc. Carl's Jr is pretty good. Big burgers that fill ya up. I like how they stock Ginger beer(ale?) throw a wedge of lemon in and we're in the money.

Great service, very friendly! Probably the best dine in service we've experienced from a fast food joint, shout out to the guy that was working the counters this evening :-) The mango milkshake was fantastic, cream was fresh and it tasted nice and sweet. The onion rings tasted a bit stale as did the tenders but the burger was on point.

I've been 3 times to Carl's Jnr, and twice to this particular branch.<br/>It suits me that it's always been quiet when I arrive, there was somewhere ok to sit. The food is as expected for fast food, with some tasty and not so tasty offerings. I enjoyed the breakfast burger, seemed not too salty and the right amount of food. The thick shakes and oreo ice cream cookies are also good.<br/>What I have noted at all Carl's Jnrs is that the food is luke warm, not even nearly hot. For this reason I will usually choose other locations over Carl's Jnr for my fatty food needs.

Bit of a joke closing drive thru at 11pm on a Sat nite and when your waiting at the window the staff just ignore you. Also breakfast saying 9am open and you get the at 9.20am and they still arnt opend.

upset cause it was closed lastnyt.. why?? who knows.. health and safety issues?? underpaid employees?? i have to make 140words so some of the reasons i could think off.. maybe poor customer service that profits are not increasing that it has to be shut down to go through a new strategy..

Look at the size of the burgers! I was blown away when I opened my half pounder angus beef burger. It was delish! Carl's always satisfy my i-want-a-thick-burger craving. ☺️

It was fine when we went, nothing different than what you would usually expect from a fast food chain. Food was at a good temperature when served and order came out correct

This Carls Jr is the only Carls Jr I have been to and to what I have experienced it is .... alright. It really depends on the service, there was this one time I went in and I saw atleast 3 workers on their phones texting away. I had to try get their attention to let them know I was ready to order . The burgers that I have had is fine, The jalapeño burger is one that you really have to look out for. They over pack the burger with jalapeño. Sometimes I have got chilli cheese fries and its between the temperature of cold and warm, but a nuke warm. So its pretty unappetising. Other than that I always come here for a quite bite to eat when I cannot be bothered cooking dinner. One thing is for certain it will fill you up !

Carl's Jr has some pretty delicious burgers. I've been to this joint twice. It's not my favourite branch. The times that I've come by, service has been fine but I found that one time my mushroom burger had huge chunks of red onion not dissected properly therefore leaving a foul taste in my mouth. It would've been a better burger if the onions were sliced thinner so that the onions didn't over power the succulent mushroom sauce and beef patty. The crisscut chips I've had from here are always super crispy!

Carl's Jr is a decent burger place. I have been here a few times and came quite recently after this opened. The people here are friendly but it depends on who serves you.<br/><br/>The burgers are decently sized, and definitely better quality than Maccas and BK. Reminds me slightly of Wendy's. I like the original Carl's Jr. burger! The criss cut fries are also yum as well! They used to do huge Oreo cookie ice cream sandwiches which were AMAZING. unfortunately I think they were sold for a limited time only because I haven't been able to get one since :( <br/><br/>The fried Zucchini things aren't very nice though. Not my thing haha. <br/><br/>Though the burgers aren't bad, I don't seem to find myself making time to go out to Carl's Jr. If my friends wanted to come here though, I probably wouldn't object, but I wouldn't choose to come here.

After a long day of tramping we wanted to gorge ourselves on something sinful.<br/>Carl's Jr was located within a petrol station off busy Lincoln Road.<br/>The decor is just like the other franchises, maybe upsized with 90s ballad blasting the speakers.<br/>The staff at this location we're the most friendly, polite, and attentive fast food staff I've ever been experienced to. <br/>I ordered a Single Guac Burger, small fries and an Oreo Cookie Milkshake. I would recommend the milkshake to everyone, it's just like drinking cookies and cream ice cream. The food was good and did the job of filling me up, but the whole time I was irked by the fact that the guac smelt fishy and not fresh.

Somewhat satisfied with the quality of the food; however drive through service left something to be desired. I arrived at 11pm on Friday evening with only one other person in the line ahead of us but somehow, our order took extremely long. The person at the window told us after we paid that it would take 5 minutes. In the end, it was probably more like 10. With my order, I asked for 3 things; jalapenos, ketchup and mayonnaise on the side (Carl's Jr usually have packets or containers of these). I double checked they included condiments before I left with my food and the manager seemed oblivious that I had ever requested these with my order and only provided  ketchup in our bag. The jalapenos he handed out the window to me didn't even come sealed with a lid! They were soggy and mushy textured anyway but I wasn't impressed how he thought it would be okay to serve this to someone driving a car. The plus side was our burgers were hot and the chips were fresh, but the chilli fries tasted like they were from the old batch - slightly warm and not at all crunchy. By the time we left with our orders (only 2 peoples worth of food) there was a queue of 5 cars. Overall, a very low standard experience compared to previous visits to this branch. Sorry to say, standards have slipped drastically.

Be carefull with the floors in this place they are greasy and slippery. I saw a older lady fall over taking a table with her.<br/><br/>Bad form Carls Jr

I like the Lincoln Rd store. It's clean. But kinda empty? Idk, doesn't have much of a vibe going. But then again it's a fast food chain so... Anyways, nice burgers. Can't wait for Carls Jr to make its way to other parts of the country.

Every time we have been to Carl's Jr on Lincoln Rd the service has been great ,the place is always been clean,staff have been very friendly and helpful ,and the food is great my fav is the chicken tenders always moist and fresh ,also love the chilli chips not keen on the cheese ,and yes I do have to agree with one of the other reviews the chips have not been really hot and I love them hot ,but overall food is a 4 star .

Just brilliant service, brilliant food, brilliant tidyness and the staff are all just brilliant and people who say these bad stuff can get a life and who the us person was they don't get the meat from the us

Having eaten Carl's Jr on a number of occasions in the US and enjoyed their burgers, which are thick and juicy and superior to other fast food outlets, I was keen to try them out when they opened a restaurant on Lincoln Road. I've been there twice and have been sorely disappointed both times. The burgers are nothing like their American counterparts, dry and thin patties and overwhelming amounts of mustard. I decided to put in a customer feedback form and never heard anything back. Don't go out of your way to go here, you may as well go to McDonalds.

The $3.50 burger is synonymous to the $7 Quarter Pounder at McDonalds. The chili cheese fries, Oreo ice cream sandwich and breakfast biscuits are all amazing. The staff are always very nice and friendly, and the service is prompt.

This was my first time at Carls Jr Henderson, I usually go to the one in Glen Innes since they first started. Anyway my experience at Carls Jr Henderson today was very disappointing. First of all the place was filthy littered with food wrappers and left over food , the staff was oblivious to that. Clean tables ran out so they were forced to clean up but they continue to ignore the floor. Next, I went to fill up on Coke only to find it was flat so I emptied my cup and refilled it with L&amp;P ginger beer it tasted more like carbonated water, the syrup was missing. I gave up on that and settled for ice tea which couldn't possibly go wrong.<br/>My food finally arrived on the table but I soon discovered that there was scribbling on the paper that lined the tray, and I was supposed to eat my chips of it? Also the Double Western Bacon Cheese burger was very dry.<br/><br/>I was totally not impressed, for what it's worth you guys have a lot to learn from other Carls Jrs stores. I also took some photos so whoever wish to challenge my findings I have photos to prove them.

The reason the rating for this restaurant is average is because of the cleanliness of the restaurant - absolutely abysmal. There was grime and grease all over the tables and chairs, so we had to get paper napkins to wipe them down! Then afterwards when we saw that the small "salad bar" was empty, the staff did not go and replenish the bar, so we decided to ask them to. The guy behind the counter then asked the guy who was cleaning and mopping the place up (with NO gloves on) to add some more. He then went and got some more food for the salad bar. Because of how quick he came out again, I had a feeling he DIDN't wash his hands before going to restock the salad, which was disgusting to see! <br/><br/>Apart from the above, the value for money is quite good; burgers are very large and with the combo the prices are about the same price as a Big Mac Combo from McDonalds.<br/><br/>If they decided to be more 'clean', I would improve my rating of this place, but until then.......

My partener and I are always going o carls jr... its an awesome place to eat nice food good customer service.<br/>My partener is in love with the jalapinos and chillis provided in carls jr also.
