Review Burger King - Henderson

Love my burger kings. I've always come to this spot for my sneaky meals or feeds but it would be nice to have a playground for the kids to be occupied when i do bring them. Other then that there is alot of parking and a refill drink station 👍

Good burger, wonderful service, I alway buy burger from this branch. The manger he cares about his customers he look after me very well. Just want to say thank you so much, I will keep coming back.

Busy BK. Team seem on to it. There were a few short orders but staff dealt with it quickly. Place was clean. No dirty anything on tables and floor weren't too bad Did notice a large plastic bag on the ground near the cooking aisle with staff moving at pace through that area. Risk and Hazard. Food great, watch that safety!

Don't like these order your own screen things. Went through all the ordering process only to find out there is no cash payment option. Then had to wait for ages at the counter to order. Burger was actually pretty good, only complaint about the meal was no salt on the potato bites or what ever they are called.

what you'd expect for bk, although this branch hasn't left food out of the orders like most others I've been to

I have worked with bk for over 7 years and this experience was so good 10 out of 10

Conveniently located on Lincoln road. Admittedly it was a little quieter than I expected for a Saturday night so service was extremely fast.

Friendly staff the food is cooked fresh taste great compared to a lot of other Burger Kings

Good but prone to getting orders wrong or sounding like they don't want to be there.

I waited for about 5 minutes at the counter at Lincoln Road Henderson today.. I felt like I was a ghost.. I didn't know how I got to Burger King in my ghost form.. probably a habit.. I asked another customer he came through the front door if he could see me... thankfully he confirmed he could see me and hear me.. I'm so happy to be alive!! (Or maybe the customer can see and talk to Ghosts?? Hmmmm).. anyway it definitely wasn't fast food I had today.. I enjoyed my ice cream.. and because it wasn't fast food I did this very very healthy!! Only the ice cream gets 5 stars from me today Update 14 September 2023 Drive Thru Service was friendly and fast today 😀

I went in for breakfast with my family. We ordered three combos. After thirty minutes of waiting I requested to speak to the manager. He tried to blame the poor girl at the counter, who couldn’t provide me with food that hadn’t been made, and then asked if I’d take half my order and allow him to deliver the rest when it was ready. I agreed. The half he gave me was missing patties, included pickles which I’d requested to be left out, and everything else was cold because it’d been sitting for thirty minutes waiting for the rest of our combos to be made. I returned to the counter and requested a refund which the manager tried to avoid. He actually said no I’ll just fix these burgers. He also continued blaming the girl at the counter who was the only person in that place that actually looked like she knew what she was doing. I got my refund and left. I’ll never return to this BK. It’s poorly managed.

Sitting here regretting the decision to come here. There’s a lot of choice on Lincoln Road and it’s really disappointing when you pick wrong. <br/>Cleaning is obviously a task they don’t worry about here and the service is poor.

Seriously the worst Burger King I’ve ever been in. It smelt like actual garbage, the floor was an odd combination of sticky and slippery and the place was just a dirty dump. We were there for 40 minutes (I have a very slow eater) and not one time did staff member wipe or clear a table or mop the floor, even after a entire drink was spilled across a table. There were at times three staff on the dining area but they didn’t appear to be working. One was on her phone, one was horsing around and the other, disgustingly, was doing her very long hair at one of the tables in prep for starting work. <br/>Will never go back to this BK ever again. <br/>Was amusing to see kids coming in and filling their empty coke bottles at the drinks dispenser.

This outlet is probably Auckland’s worst. I have paid 3 drive through visits in 6-8 weeks and each visit, I have come away disappointed with the service. One visit, my son, daughter & I received the wrong orders. My children got what I ordered instead of No. 15 & 13 meals. DISAPPOINTING!!<br/>Other visits, there were no paper towels supplied with the meals. But today, 20/10/17 9:30 pm has got to take the cream of sub standard service here. Again, my children and I were served warm raspberry & coke drinks, the Hawaiian chicken burgers were sloppyly put together, overall the fries and burgers weren’t served warm and no paper towels. Pulling up into the drive through, the queue was very slow moving forward, when we eventually pulled up to the paying window, staff were running in and out of the paying window room, shouting and laughing at each other while 2 were smoking outside. No wonder the drive through service was so slow. Never going back here again, EVER!

I was totally disgusted with the attitude of the customer service person who service us tonight through the Drive Thru at the Lincoln Road Branch in Henderson (Anna).  I don't think they hire in regards to qualification this employee has, but by who your related too in the work place as this person clearly has not had any formal training in customer service.   She gave me a smirk grin when I asked for her name as to say she’s untouchable.  I would seriously look into the qualification this employee has, just not fit for the job in my view, totally rude.

Came here for a family dinner. Prompt service. Lots of seating. The interior has been updated, and has a flat screen with music videos. Me personally, I miss the old 50s diner style interior. Food was good, as good as it can be for a fast food chain. Also has a mini arcade corner and some win-a-prize machines. The niece loved that. It's also pretty cool as it has a hoops area at the front of the restaurant, other kids seemed to be enjoying that. Will come back as its a good place for a feed and some entertainment for kids.

The last time I was here was in 2012 to renew my first aid certificate. Came here for a break and their burgers do not disappoint. Rodeo is by far my favourite burger out there

Been here a few times and it is simply what you expect for a fast food joint. <br/>I've never had an issue with service and the food is what you pay for. <br/><br/>What's bringing me back is the chicken fries, a delicious addition to their menu. <br/>I don't recommend ordering a sundae here (or any other BK) because they are not up to par with McDonalds. <br/><br/>Overall I advise to cook at home if you can. If not, Burger King is a viable fast food option.

Wow this this B.K has the worst service I have ever came across!!! Drove up to the speaker and the girl goes what u want??? Ha ha ha man I should have just driven off right then but oh no I had to order. So got 2 whopper cheese meals asked for no tomato but got it anyway, the lettuce was slimy?? I had to throw away. Just shut this scum hole down now before someone gets real sick. And hire some people who want to work. If they can't say hi at the speaker are they even washing hands etc??? Never again will I eat at this hole.

Went there just to get a softserve cone, but it took them (them!! 4ot 5 staff in the counter area and only 2 customers) 10 minute to do it. Won't go again.

Agree with Patrina, this Burger King is the worst dine out resturant I have ever been too. On the 10th of May, which was mothers day, me, my partner and my mum went here for breakfast. My mum ordered a hot drink (which took 5 minutes itself) and a breakfast muffin and some hash bites. Me and my partner ordered, some hashbites, a breakfast wrap (which I understand can be a wait) and another breakfast muffin. It took 15 minutes before any of us were given any food at all! and when we were finally given an order, it wasn't even ours! It was some other peoples who had gone and taken a seat and had also been waiting ages. At that point we asked for our money back as this was ridiculous! My mum was only really waiting for one muffin, as the hash bites were already up, just crazy! And we were the only ones at the counter (although there were a few cars in the drive through, but that is no excuse). Once we had asked for a refund we didn't even get an apology, they didn't even seem to care. I am not one to usually complain, but far out this was just beyond horrible service! I sent a complaint to head office that same day and never once received any apology or even a reply. Would not recommend this store to anybody.

This B.K is rubbish!!! Service is shocking and the food is terrible. Slimy lettuce, cold meat, wrong orders. Hopeless........................
