Excellent value and a standard well tasting breakfast. No complaints from me! The breakfast kranksy or sausage thing was really tasty!

This cafe for my fam has the best egg bene and friendly service ever. You would not have any bad feeling at all no racism unlike with other cafes if you do not look rich or not like most of the rest they will make you feel bad or look suspicious unlike Asian cafes they are smart they treat everyone fairly that's why they last forever.

Come here a lot, friendly team, fast service. The pricing is great for the portions they serve, always hot and fresh! Creamy mushrooms with bacon are my go to on their menu. Love everything.

My go-to place whilst at WestCity. After my shopping for $6.50, I get a large coffee and muffin combo. Get that down me, and I'm ready to carry on life's journey.

Lovely staff and really great atmosphere. All our food was delicious and cooked perfectly. It was my sister in laws birthday and the staff brought her a cherry tart on the house. So very thought and great customer service.

Always a great place for a quick and easy lunch.

we frequently visit Hollywood West City..after shopping..great selection of cabinet and hot food...coffee is really nice..and of course a really cheerful welcome by the Staff..

Sandwiches are nice and fresh My husband said they have the best donuts of all Hollywood Bakeries.

Just left had a lovely breakfast of omelette. Staff more than happy to cater to us outside of their menu fillings. Biggest cup of large flat white I've had in long time although a tad weak. Plenty of variety to choose from. Noticed an unsupervised little boy go to the self help water tap and put his mouth on the tap to drink from it, no biggie. Informed two staff member to wipe down tap in the interest of hygiene, yes they said but never did in the half hour we were there, poor unsuspecting customers that followed. Yuk . Epic fail!

Ordered the mushrooms on toast with an extra piece of toast. I loved the taste of the mushrooms and the sauce wasn’t too sweet or too spicy. Love the portions of the toast. Also really great for the price.

Coffees were really good, strong and hot. With a free muffin with each coffee, can't complain. Not too busy on a Saturday afternoon. Easy and convenient inside the mall for a nice sit down.

Took one look at the prices for the very ‘ho-hum’ food in the cabinets and decided I would have coffee only! Even the coffee was expensive at $4.80 for a medium flat white. In Henderson the average seems to be $4.50. They offer a free muffin with every coffee to justify the high coffee price, but I didn’t want a muffin. Fast food outlets use that ‘upsizing’ tactic all the time but it doesn’t work for me. My friend had the cooked Big Breakfast at $18.50. Standard items at the standard local price. He said it was “average”. When you look around at what else is on offer in the downtown Henderson area, in my opinion this place is overpriced for what it delivers.<br/>The premises were clean & tidy, but I couldn’t see the food safety rating displayed, nor does it appear on the Council website.<br/>I was unimpressed with the attitude of the person who handled our orders at the counter, but liked the bright, bubbly person who delivered the meal. So that was 50:50. However, you’d think they’d bring the cutlery with the meal. Sheesh!<br/>Overall rating: Below my expectations, avoid unless nothing else available.

Ordered a medium hot chocolate with marshmallows. The hot chocolate wasn’t too sweet. It came with two marshmallows and the froth was very chocolatey.

Average food that is at the more expensive end for cafe food. The service needs more work though. Went there for breakfast, the woman at the counter was rude and surly. Once the food arrived, i asked if i could have a knife which was basically tossed at me by a male worker. Frankly i would not waste my time by coming back. There are other places to get the same food with much better service. We all have bad days but tossing silverware is not acceptable.

Came here for a late lunch, around 2pm. Ordered cabinet food as we werent too hungry. The place was quite packed, with only 2 FOH staff working, the wait for drinks was a bit long. <br/>B grabbed a $1 muffin and hot drink combo, his large (VERY large) latte came within 5minutes of sitting down, the presentation with the latte art wasn’t all that smart, whether the walk over destroyed it (we were right next to the espresso machine + good steamed milk should hold its design) or if there was no effort put in it in the first place. Anywho... I ordered corn fritters and a medium mocha. My corn fritters took a little longer than 5 minutes and once arrived tasted like they were microwaved, as they were soggy. Nonetheless I ate them avoiding the salad as it looked very sad and not so fresh but thought I should give it a try for an honest review when I found quite a large, lifeless moth face up on my plate. Shocked, I discretely took it back to staff as I didn’t want to cause a scene. Instantly was greeted with “sorry I’ll get you a new one” as my plate was rushed off with no offer of a refund or explanation. <br/>As I was waiting for my replacement, my coffee EVENTUALLY arrived. Checked it for moths, it was fine. My replacement came out piping hot, the texture suggested it had been cooked fresh this time, yay! if only it had been this quality the first time. I do appreciate the replacement just wish the steps taken in handling the situation were more thorough and understanding.

Now personally I don't like their baking like muffins and slices as I'm pretty sure they have been brought in by a supplier (EXCLUDING their YoYo biscuits Lol)... HOWEVER 😂😂😂 Their vegetable corn fritters with poached eggs and hollandaise sauce is just delicious 😍😍😍 Nice, simple, nutritious and most importantly FRESH 😍 Also well priced at $13.50. Lovely creaminess to the hollandaise sauce (as there should be lol) and nice sweet, softened grilled tomato with fresh baby spinach leaves and freshly sliced avocado 😍 poached eggs with a nice gooey yolk 😍😍 It's just one of those dishes you eat and you think to yourself omg... That's yummy... Then while your eating it... Every single bite you feel so happy 😍😂😂😂

Very bad service and worst coffee ever. Though they seems like having regular customers go there everyday, they still need to be friendly to new customers. Cheap thing is just the way cheap thing is. I wont buy anything for their free muffin. Never go back again.

The smoothies were yummy, but I find the food is slightly below average, from what I've tried. The pie was dry and I couldn't finish mine and my mum's roll looked full from the cabinet, but when she got it, it was empty at the back and coated in mayonnaise. Would recommend for the smoothies, just not the food. I am rating it 3 because of the smoothies alone.

The coffee was good and the slices were great but wished the lady asked if we wanted "have here" or "takeaway" cups for our coffee since its what we were after today. It couldve been my fault for not asking which is why its a 3 for me for average.

Meals came out within ten minutes and figured that something off our plates was missing which was 4 eggs, off both plates. Then I alerted one of the staff and they still didn't understand so had to wait for our eggs to come out with the excuse of they broke the first time which was strange because if i hadn't have said anything I don't think I would have gotten any, the food was very mediocre and would have appreciated a little bit more cleanliness cutlery and white ware wise. Not impressed but it filled me up leaving me feeling gluggy and gross I won't be back anytime soon.

Some of the previous reviewers must be minging.  This place serves the best, and freshest paninis, salads and damn good short-order too.  I have eaten my way through the panini range and can find nothing wrong: fresh, crisp panini, fresh, perfectly-cooked ingredients, the right sauce, a nice crunch.  Egg and bacon - perfectly-poached eggs (go find those, you mingers), crisp bacon, perfect toast.  For a chain-store restaurant that is obviously busy, these guys have a cook who is proud of his work.  I recommend this place, beats the other, absolutely minging takeaways in Westfields.  Do try it.

Hollywood is never known for its amazing food or above average service but you always hope don't ya? Hollywood Westcity kept consistent though. Good service was void, messy tables and no smiles a common partnership. I DID see a nice girl with a bob haircut behind the counter after I'd been served who was smiling at customers though, straight to manager for her! The same manager for this place owns the Koffee Bar down stairs outside ASB bank in the mall, also no service so obviously not a priority from management. <br/><br/>Food is way overpriced and super average quality. If it was cheaper, I'd increase rating, cos when a mummy of two little ones hasnt eaten and it's 3pm, average and cheap is ayeeeee.ok. Would go here if I was desperate, which I was today but otherwise, nope.

Being In our local mall, we come here often! Though it's not my first choice, it's always "good enough". One time we dined here and it was super busy and I asked for my table to be cleaned as there was leftover crumbs from the diners before. The lady gave me a cloth, to do it myself. I kind of giggled but there's no way many other people would put up with that. My favourite meal here is the vegetarian omelette. It's huge! I can never finish it and they have containers handy for me to takeaway. The kumara fries are also another favourite whilst my partner can't steer clear of the open chicken sandwich. The coffee is good, not great however comes with a free muffin! Can't go wrong.

Easily one of the worst bakeries I have ever been in a long time! The staff are not attentive and not friendly at all. They do not know how to make smoothies!! They used that fake syrup stuff that has not fruit in it at all - it was more like a thickshake - Extremely disappointing and I won't be back here or any other Hollywood Bakeries again for a long time - There are far better places to go than this!!

Food is alright. I think a little on the pricey side, but that's the tight wad in me speaking. Staff were friendly enough, a little slow but I probably would be too. Always a lot of old folks here, so I generally avoid the place until they are gone haha. It can get quite cramped!

I am a regular customer to this bakery since last 2 years. I really upset by the behaviour of one of the staff member, named Angala, she is very rude with me always. Hope management will educate her how to behave with customers

Everytime I head to Henderson, this would be the first stop for me. Great hot chocolate and pies also. Sometimes it's usually busy, but I always go there during early hours.

We love coming here to eat in the weekends. I am not a fan of 'mall food' but the meals here are tasty, good portion sizes and are very good value. The inside set up is basic and the staff get very busy, however the food makes up for it. We have not tried the cabinet food as we prefer freshly cooked meals, so our normal orders are the beef burger, mini breakfast or eggs benedict. The blueberry cheesecake, chai latte and mocha is also very good. Hollywood never disappoints and is a regular weekend brunch spot.

Got a Turkish chicken sandwich from there last week which was amazing. However the girl who served us at the counter was so rude and made it very obvious that she did not want to be there

LOVE their cakes! I mean I really have to go in to get myself their black-forest cake every time I walk past them. Its almost an addiction. They do good savory items too.

to be honest this is a local favourite. i love the fact that they have the salad cabinet as most Hollywood bakeries do not. It is always very busy when we go here. we have dined quite a few times now, but the most recent purchase was the chicken filo wrap with side salad and i enjoyed it very much and very filling. hubby had the lunch special steak and chips and enjoyed it too. was a very basic piece of steak though. Coffees are always really nice well made and bonus they gift you the free muffin with a coffee purchase. blueberry would be first choice. clean modern and spacious.

A nice place to sit and have a snack while waiting for family to finish their shopping. This is a quieter option compared to sitting within the malls food court which gets quite noisy. A good selection of baked treats and sandwiches available. Today I had the chicken sandwich with pesto, cheese and tomato. It's pretty good! Doesn't contain too much tomato - probably because it's out of season - but that's the way I like it. There could have been a bit more pesto, but the chicken was generous. Nice presentation of sandwiches; they're not just thrown together and they don't fall apart as soon as you take a bite. This bakery has surpassed my expectations and I wouldn't mind coming back the next time I'm in the mall.

Extremely slow service, waited 40 mins for a toasted bagel and staff were not very warm and friendly

I love this place. They have great coffee, better flat white then any of the other cafes in Westcity ( I have tried all of them) and you also get a free muffin with coffee although the muffin is your typical premix bakery style muffin.<br/><br/>The fresh cabinet food is awesome, things like the chicken filo wrap, sandwiches and salads are all really tasty. The other bakery items such as pies, donuts, slices etc are average.<br/><br/>We always come here and order off the menu, the prices are cheap and the meals are big. <br/>The chicken satay filo below comes with relish and salad for $7.90 , great value I think.<br/><br/>Would highly recommend this place. Although it looks from the outside like It's going to be one those average cafes, we were surprised after our first visit there. We always leave extremely satisfied. Great coffee, food and decent service too.<br/><br/>BONUS: Ultra fast WIFI!!!

Agree with the other review! I would say it is only packed due to the location especially when most are next to the warehouse, the only good thing they have going for them is this great marketing idea. Sunday 3rd for lunch, pie might as well be a onion pie and pastry on our other guests food was overcooked, overall noone (5 of us) enjoyed nay of it so will not be back again. There are many other yummy cafes in the mall to go to save your $

I always go here to get my lunch to get a crispy chicken wrap but after today I will never return here again as I had a bug in my wrap it made me feel so sick I had to leave I was very disappointed in what has happened today
