THE BEST ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ this is the best Korean we have ever eaten in NZ so Fresh and tasty with all your favourite classic dishes brought to your table pipping hot the waiter is always kind and polite even sets out a little dish for our daughter who's learning to eat spicy food slowly We love it here atmosphere is peaceful and quiet apart from the sounds of happy eaters We highly recommend this supreme experience 😊👍

We had a great lunch here. Good food good price. Quick friendly service. Only thing was they don't take credit cards. Cash or debit cards only. Don't let that put you off. Looking forward to a return visit .

Super homely and cozy restaurant with the yummy meals. Loved everything we ate, Japchae and Tteokbokki... Tteokbokki was very chewy and yummy. Generous portion. I wished they played Korean songs insted of english to set the mood and seems like they have raised the price. And very kind service ✨

Went there as we looked for a Korean place on the way home for dinner. I was very pleased with the decent sized servings and authentic taste. Both our dishes were yum and we would definitely go back!

Would give 3.5 if I could. Place is clean and tidy. Service is good. Portion sizes are good. The flavour of the food could be a little more flavorsome. More punchy. The pork was too sweet and sauce not integrated with the meat enough. It's good enough to come back and try their signature dish.

I rate this five stars for what it is, not a fine dining restaurant. It is a casual no-fuss Korean eatery with quite the common Korean dish options served as you would get it at home, authentic. For what is offered it is offered well and in timely fashion with polite casual wait staff. Pricing is what I would expect for this type of eatery, good for those not accustomed to mandatory fuss just for a meal. Taste is also what I would expect - delicious! I will return here again with a group, they have a couple of group options for the meal, although great for solo meal.

This is a family run restaurant. The food is tasty, fresh and fast and it’s always lovely and clean. We come here at least every fortnight and have a great experience every time. Also really affordable!

I love this restaurant, staff are very friendly and feels like I'm at home everytime I go! This is literally the best korean resturant in Auckland I've been to and nothing can compare to Jomaru 🥰 You can tell that everything is made with love and fresh everyday. A friend and I come here almost every week! We usually order the Bibimbap/ Beef Tripe stew and Tteokbukki !

A little humble family style restaurant serving delicious food, hot and generous servings with additional side dishes. Very warm, relaxing and pleasant experience..we will definitely be back...loved it.

5 stars for me eventhough that their bulgogi noodles is a bit pricey and not much variety of sides as compared to other korean resto.The food was great, service was fast with a friendly staff. I bought a bulgogi takeaway as well and to my surprise they provided all the sides as well. Now thats service for me :) highly recommend

The food is nice but their price is not the cheapest and the portions on the small side. The service is fast and the staff members friendly. A good alternative to junk food for sure.

Authentic Korean dishes (not bbq), fast and reasonably priced.

Wonderful restaurant ever, my first impression of this place was clean and tidy, I can tell that they spent a lot of time on decorations. Me and my partner ordered bibimbap and sogogi , bibimbap(the cold one) actually wasn’t on the menu after they changed it to the new one, but you still can order by asking staff. Both dishes were so delicious, especially the bibimbap. The staff was so nice that I left my purse in the store, she even ran out of the store chasing me before we started the car. I definitely will drive 20 minutes to this lovely place again.

Easily one of my favourite Korean restaurants. If you’re looking for comfort food especially during winter time, this is the place to go. They also serve a delicious variety of side dishes to go with your meals. Staff are very welcoming and efficient.
