What a great experience! This place is a hidden gem. The space is beautiful, clean and enough room so you don't feel like your eating with the next table. The food here is amazing!!!! The curries are delicious and so full of flavour. They give you a generous amount of meat and the lamb just melted in my mouth. The naan bread was also great. I also noticed they had a very good range of curries and dishes to try. So I'm pretty sure there would be something for everyone. Highly recommend checking this spot out.

I recently tried out Indian Gypsy Henderson for a large party and i have to say it's absolutely amazing. If you are a perfectionist, get nervous what to cook for parties and would like to impress your guests with the authentic Indian food... you don't worry and leave it to them. Trust me when i say this i am hard to impress and it's the first time i felt closer to my home. Pure Nostalgia! And, everyone in my party asked about where i got catering done from. I loved everything. I highly recommend you give Indian gypsy a try. Like the comment once you go try and you agree with me!

We went for lunch & it was a delicious experience! The restaurant was light & inviting- the new renovations looked very good. I ordered the mango lassi & the spices in the drink was great! I really enjoyed the theatrics of the mix platter starter too, it came out on a sizzling plate & tasted delish. The stand out dish for me was the chicken korma, the nutty cashew sauce was amazing! Highly recommend. The naan were also very fresh. Will definitely be back again to try other dishes!!! 鈽猴笍

The elegance of lincoln road - Indian Gypsy restaurant is fantastic place to grab your next tasty curry and tandoor naan. What sets this place apart from the rest is the amazing service. I love the fact the i was recommended such unique dishes to try that i had not tried before such as the traditional indian roomali roti served with lamb rara. Lamb rara had really good zinc of ginger and garlic taste which is perfect for days where its super cold. The butter chicken with bone pieces was a great curry to have with the coriander and chilli naan - usually the butter chicken i have has very thin curry consistency but the thickness of this curry topped with bone peices made the eating experience 10x better. Oh and to top it off - I have had a lot of mango Lassi and a lot of them taste like pulpy, but this lassi was freshly made with a really good flavour of kesar. It is probably the best mango lassi i have had till date, hands down.

Fabulous meal - the Samoas were the best we鈥檝e ever had!! The lamb madras also amazing as was the cheese and garlic naan and Chicken (something starting with A) with Fenugreek. Parking is difficult but a steady stream of takeaways going out. Think there has been some mischief about food safety rating by previous reviewers as they are clearly an A rating!!

We were the only lucky diners this afternoon so had the whole place to ourselves. Service was excellent and our host was very informative about different dietary needs and recommendations. We enjoyed the music which was gave a chill cafe vibe. We ordered the mixed platter which came with 2 vegetarian/vegan options (2 massive samosas and generous serving of onion pakoras) and 2 meat options (2x chicken tikka pieces and 2x Lamb seekh kebab pieces). They arrived on sizzling plates and the presentation was A+. Daughter demolished the lamb and said the flavour was great. She enjoyed her chicken. The samosas came out piping hot and tasty, and onion pakora was crispy and delicious. For our mains, my daughter ordered Lamb korma and a butter naan. I had the mushroom masala & garlic roti (both vegan). We both agreed that these were the best takeout Indian meals we'd ever tried - fresh ingredients, a perfect blend of spices and just the right heat for medium. Daughter had the mango drink which was creamy from the yoghurt it is made with and quite thick which she enjoyed. I had a standard orange juice. The decor was excellent - new, fresh & inviting. We loved the colorful print on the wall behind the counter which looks like its a shot from one of the colour festivals. The little details like the candle holders little table settings and the cute little mugs were a nice touch.

Highly recommend trying the Delhi Style Butter Chicken with the Chilli Naan the best combination and my favourite Indian spot to date! The staff are interactive and friendly, they can help you with recommendations. A hidden gem in Henderson that I recommend is worth a visit 馃槉

Decided to take my 3 girls (6,10,14) for a dinner out and Indian Gypsy did not disappoint. Greeted with a warm friendly smile and followed up with super tasty entrees and mains that we all enjoyed. Mango Lassi always a favourite with the kids too! Will definitely be back again with the rest of the family soon!

Not your dime a dozen Indian restaurant. They have an expanded menu with dishes not seen elsewhere, with the flavour to match their enticing descriptions. Regardless of your hankering for classics or some of the unique items on their menu, Indian Gypsy will not disappoint! I would recommend the potato paratha as a fantastic accompaniment to any curry (the Lamb Rara is particularly fantastic), and quite possibly the thickest mango lassie I've had the pleasure of experiencing.
