The food was nice, coffee was good but could do with slightly more heat, my coffee was warm enough to chug! I found the chips portion on the small side, in any case, nice place.

Great place, coffee is always fantastic, and the food here is amazing. Nice to pop if for breakfast every now and then. Staff are very nice and polite, plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. If you have a dog with you they have an area set aside to accommodate you aswell. A++++++

I order the Banana Bacon Pancakes quite regularly and they’ve pretty much given up. The pancakes are cakey and have a hard layer around the outside? It almost looks like they’re reheating them multiple times. The bacon is also super rubbery and has a bad texture to it. I went back and got a refund and they were very apologetic but this isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with the pancakes/bacon. Wouldn’t go back or recommend.

Last Sunday I had lunch at The Coffee Club with my mum. Most of the staff were really nice except for one girl (she was indian) who was exceptionally rude. While she was taking my order, she kept cutting me off and looked like she didn't want to work. Plus the way she talked to other customers and staff as well! It was a nightmate.<br/>Other than that, everyone else was friendly and had great service. Food was very nice (breakfast bruschetta & chicken bacon club sandwich) and coffee was nice as well. Had a great morning with my ma and would be keen to go back again if service gets better.

I order Mexican Chicken salad every time. Last time there was no avocado at all. This time just three small pieces. Previous there were quite a lot of avocado. And the waitress attitude is bad. Not coming again.

Our weekly coffee stop whilst we are out walking our dog - we love their coffee so much! The friendliest staff who always supply our dogo with water and treats while we wait for our coffees! The food is ALWAYS great!

The coffee was terrible, the breakfasts we had was pretty much the same, the service I thought was horrible, the guy seemed angry and pissed off when we kindly declined his up selling tactics of trying to add a 5$ hash brown and over priced mush rooms to our order! If we wanted that we would’ve ordered it! There’s plenty of better places in howick than this rip off of a place! Steer clear!

Came here for coffee this afternoon. Had cafe latte, did not taste good.<br/><br/>Pretty clean and neat environment.<br/><br/>The staff who took our order was very unfriendly and abrupt, his face was very sour, as if we were not welcomed at all. No greetings, no thank you acknowledgement from him too. Don't think we will come back to this store.<br/><br/>Food & Beverage : 3/10<br/>Service : 1/10<br/>Price : 6/10<br/>Ambience : 5/10

Worst customer service I've experienced no greeting and no smile. The Indian lady making coffee didn't smile at all. Won't be coming to this cafe again.

I used to live up the road from here and it was a convenient place to grab a coffee, until I realised how bad the coffee is. Super milky with no flavour. I've had brunch here a couple of times and that's fine but it's called "The Coffee Club", at least excel in your coffee!!

Ideal location for a Sunday brunch, not too noisy, friendly staff and all day breakfast never fails. If you want a great coffee ask if Varun is in, best barista in town.

My friends and I are lunch here today. The place was quite busy so we pushed a couple of tables together (5 of us), grabbed a couple of menus and started deciding what to have. I have been to a few CCs before but my friends hadn't, being country bumpkins. The chosen items were Steak Sandwich, Pancakes with Bacon and Banana, Gourmet Beef Burger, BLT with requested Avocado and the limited time special of Crispy Chicken Sandwich. All were well received as were the assortment of beverages. <br/><br/>By far way above the food was the fantastic staff that served us. All were really pleasant and professional and very cheery making my experience there simply the best.

First restaurant I tried when I landed to Auckland, love their menu and all in all it tastes great, a rich seafood chowder (too creamy though) but delicious never the less, the beetroot salad was spot on, the fried calamari was spot on, the fish and chips was ok but nothing special about it, the complementary buttered bread with a dip was delicious, good location, good staff
