Review Domino's Pizza Howick - Howick

I'm not sure what's changed, but the Howick store pizzas have improved heaps in the last couple months. Better amount and distribution of toppings, actually cut all the way through. Don't stop!

Great pizza, and lava cake. Just the attitude of the server could have been better. It felt like we were doing him a favor.

We really appreciate your supporting the community like this. The Pizzas were ready just when we needed them, and our tournament players really enjoyed their afternoon tea. Indeed, the pizzas help to encourage players to come to Howick from all around the region.

After being disappointed numerous times with dominos in different locations it's nice to finally find a dominos that consistently provides mouth watering Pizza. Pizzas are always cooked to perfection

Wasn't too bad, close to home. People were friendly but they were rushed off their feet.

A small, quiet store (well, it was quiet when I was there at 4pm on a Saturday afternoon) that is moderately clean and tidy, but starting to look.a little tired. Staff member who served me was polite and smiled, but seemed too busy helping make the pizzas with the other staff member to be friendly. Pizza itself was tasty as usual, so no complaints there. Would buy from here again, although parking would be problematic on a busy day.

These guys honestly make the best pizza 🍕 for any Domino's!!! I have never been let down, straight to the point staff who remember me! Try them out and say Ben sent you lol

tbh probably the cheapest takeway option however it is an abomination to call it pizza <br/>I tell myself I deserve better and I will never order Dominos ever again yet here we are

I wish I could review a 0, the experience we had tonight was horrible. They had a fault with their online system the ASSISTANT manager told us that the fault they had with our order on THEIR online system was our fault and that he did not care and made no attempt to fix it. We had called and were told they would not deliver the pizza that was miss placed with us placing an additional delivery fee on top of the one we already paid !!!!! When going into the store to get our pizza I spoke to <br/>SHERA, who told us it’s not his problem and to speak to his manager tomorrow. He screwed up the receipt and threw it on the floor in his kitchen. The customer service I had tonight was terrible and I leave you with one question, is this really the face of your company and someone you want to represent the Dominos franchise. <br/><br/>Please advise how you will rectify this situation.

i ordered a simply cheese and received the wrong pizza! i received a beef and onion (gross) and seeing that im vegetarian i couldn’t eat anything. disappointing. i had a friend pick up a large delivery so by the time i got home it was too late!! check the pizzas before you give them to your customers thank q

I ordered online to pick up waited there nearly half an hr but they couldn't find my pizzas even tho they did get the order ended up leaving didn't want to wait another 30mins

Typical Dominos. Nothing fancy. <br/><br/>Its close to home, so the deliveries are pretty quick and there is a decent parking lot over the road which helps cos its not that easy to park in Howick.

I went to dominos for a nice pizza but instead I got a circular piece of cardboard disguised as a pizza. Please stop leaving the cheese and pizza bases out for 3 days before baking them. Had to throw mine in the green bin aye. Reduce reuse recycle everyone. Chur

I came here when I had to wait for my GP's appointment. I didn't have time to order pizza, so we ordered choco lava cake. It was decent, but I felt it wasn't cooked very well.<br/><br/>Update- was here to buy Choco lave cake for my sister. The girl serving me was really nice. She told me to wait for 10-15 minutes. After few minutes she told me that the cake hasn't been set cause they took it out early than it should be. She told me to wait for another few minutes. I was okay with it. After she gave me the, she offered me a drink for my wait. I accepted it and went back. But when I reached home and my sister opened it, the cake was still undercooked and the whole cake looked ugly. Was considering to give more ratings because of the nice customer service, but so disappointed of the cake.

I love Domino's online ordering system, you can chose your pizza, base, toppings, and get updated about cooking progress. This is so much more convenient than phoning in.<br/>The staff are very friendly and approachable. The pizzas are tasty and what I would expect from a fast food chain. Their slices are still irregular and unevenly topped though. My favourite is their pepperoni with the crispy sausage and basic sauce and cheese. Great value for money and a cheap feed.

We. Won't be ordering online for delivery from now on due to the introduction of a minimum $$ value your loss Dominos we used to enjoy this service
