The bento boxes are the best lunch special around I left invercagill for Aussie for 7 years and didn't find another bento box quite so good. I've come back and they are still something to rave about

Found this place by accident on a visit to Invercargill. To be honest looking at it, it wasn't the most welcoming place as it looks a real mess inside with boxes heaped up on one side of the room, a jumble of tables that customers have to weave through to the queue which nobody can quite work out wh

Bonsai is an amazing little Japanese restaurant that serves traditional food. Everything they make is fresh amd delicious! Its easy to pop in, grab some sushi and be off again in just a few minutes.

We go there every week or so and they know our order and the food is not only reasonable but delicious.
