Review Rivertown Cafe - Kaiapoi

I would recommend this is a great cafeteria serving snacks and all day breakfasts. What was great was serving me a coffee tight on closing time daying they were here for another 30 to 45 minutes cleaning up. It was a really pleasant and friendly environment. They provide good food with an excellent coffee and or tea. There are toilets and parking is usually not difficult as it tends not to be very congested. Would recommend this venue as a place to go for a casual meeting. It's not too pricey and very reasonable. Easy to locate and find making it a good place to go if pushed for time.

Quite a nice place. Good food. We were able to sit outside in the sun in August. And they had a fire to warm the inside. Some books to read and lounge chairs to relax in. Overall a pretty good experience.

Have been here quite a few times now and always enjoy the food and the friendly staff. I really like how the young ones are given an opportunity to have employment/work experience. Pram friendly with an accessible toilet and baby change table which can be a struggle to find at some cafes.

A carm atmosphere. It kept clean, well spaced out tables and chairs. Service is great. A variety of healthy food could be considered to be added to the menu of choice.

rainbow sprinkles ice cream was delicious! Definitely worth coming back for. Going there for ICECREAM!

Lovely warm greeting, very casual and food is wonderful, eggs just how I love them and coffee that is hot and strong! We will be back!

We found this place by mistake, but glad we did. It was a Sunday brunch, and the place was quite busy. Even though the young staff struggled a little, we definitely enjoyed the food. We will be going back. My partner says the Mushrooms on toast is one of the best things that she's eaten. Not skimping on the bacon made me happy.

I often have a morning coffee here because of the friendly staff and great coffee. Today I watched the gentleman staff member help an elderly customer across the road. In today's world of anger and hate ... it was sooo nice to witness kindness .. 😊

Amazing service at the counter, so welcoming. Food was delivered fast and tasted great. Would recommend for groups as they have large tables and plenty of space.

Great lunch today with youngest son. He had the big breakfast. I had a large slice of quiche with Salad Well worth a visit. I have been here a few times now with no regrets. Thanks guys. . We both enjoyed our food and the coffee was very good as well. Nice cafe with good selection of food plus a menu.
