Review Spice 'n' Life - Kaiapoi

It's quite spicy which is what i enjoy. Nice staff, quick service, and delicious food. Had a mild butter chicken and it was incredibly spicy almost too much, but would have easily eaten more. The naans are cooked well and garnished to perfection. Overall a great place for family and friends.

Locally owned and owner operated and it shows in the quality of the meals. The Samosas are fantastic just the right mix of herbs spices and pride a basic dish but one done extremely well. Mango chicken one of the best I have had and I have had a few. Will defs be back.

Went to spice n life with mss 14 whilst house/cat sitting for my daughter and her partner... miss 14 got korma and a nann bread and I got the chick pea curry... I have to say I get this every time I have Indian...however... this was THE BEST I have ever had! I will not go anywhere else after this experience as I do not think I will enjoy a chick pea curry anywhere else as much as I enjoyed this one! Thoroughly recommend !

I've never been a huge fan of spicy Indian food, but I'll accept an invitation to eat here any night. The food is simply delicious and we always seem to order more than we can actually eat because we have too many favourite dishes and just can't decide. The restaurant does takeaway too, but it's well worth taking the time to dine in.

Me and my family often go here if mum doesn't feel like cooking😂-Best indian ever the butter chicken is my personal favourite, the mango lassies are delicious aswell- you can eat in the restaurant or takeaway! They have great service and friendly and welcoming staff👌🏼 I highly recommend coming for dinner if you're in the area!

Actually love it! Love the vindaloo because of very tasty and yummy meat also love the naan that have lots of different flavour unlike another resturants have one, eg: lamb, sweet coconut, much etc also naan is perfect so we have no problem with it at all. Beautiful friendly staffs and the resturant. Very keen come back again one day!

OMG! That was wicked, what great service and the food was outstanding. This is a great little family run restaurant where the owners take great pride in the food and service they provide, all this presented in a very nice atmosphere.
