Nin's Bin - Kaikoura - Photo album

It was a homely experience overall. The service was quite fast and the owner was lovely and helpful. Recommended the crayfish and white bait sammie! You can share the crayfish just to try.
Once in a lifetime stop over. Should know the history of how the business name 'Nin' comes from. Really good fish n chips, not forgetting the expensive crayfish.
Our dinner was absolutely fantastic, we kept going on about how delicious the fish was. Our mussels were so tasty too. We'll be back to try the crayfish on our next trip for sure. Highly recommend
Love when there are educational values at places that we visit & dine in. Not necessarily more affordable than other seafood places along the state highway. But the mussels steamed in white wine offering was definitely refreshing & a pleaser.
Amazing food, service and views. You choose the crayfish you’d like (prices are all labelled) and have the option of eating it cold or heated with garlic butter. We got the garlic butter option and it was great! Fish and chips were also really well fried. Service was really kind and she helpfully
Amazing crayfish, friendly staff and great atmosphere. Highly reccomend such a awesome place and experience. Food is so delicious
Loved the food and the "atmosphere" of having seafood in the outdoors - totally rocking the NZ vibes! Had the lobster with garlic butter and mussels in white wine. Totally loved both, and bread with mussels is da bomb! Do note that as it's totally outdoors, seagulls might want to come close for a
Epic Fish & Chips and Mussels by the shorelines ! The shop keeper was super cool and friendly. They were very generous with their meat to flour ratio in the fish and chips. High recommend stopping by this little shop for a quick bite.
Awesome place to try the famous New Zealand crayfish. We had one with garlic butter and it just tasted delicious! The fish & chips were also very good. The location is very nice directly near the ocean.
We had our first taste of New Zealand Crayfish here and it did not disappoint. The crayfish with lemon was delicious and it tasted so fresh. The fish and chips we ordered was fresh and tasty too.
The freshest of the freshest, highly recommend. Keep supporting local business. Keep up the good work NINS BIN TEAM.
Stopped here each time I did a road trip through the South Island to get crayfish for lunch. A lovely little shop with picnic tables nearby that you can watch the seals on the rocks from!
Great heritage Crayfish place by the sea for a wholesome kai "Koura" crayfish experience. About 20 mins drive north from Kaikoura along SH 1 Beautiful place by the sea for some locally sourced fresh caught and cooked crayfish. They also have some good fish and chips and mussels. We had the crayfish
Can't recommend enough, food was fresh and tasted amazing! The crayfish was meaty and cooked well, the fish was some of the best we've had and the mussels were just as good. I'd definitely recommend making the trip if you're in the area.
Super fresh crayfish , highly recommend
Working opposite the caravan last week.....popped accross the road for some fresh fish- no fresh fish available so grabbed the steamed mussels & chips. Oh my God! The mussels were delicious!!!! Really big with a couple slices of lemon to drizzle juice over em. Bloody amazing! Highly recommend. !!!
We are driving towards Kaikoura on the coast looking for photo opportunities, food and toilet and we come to this establishment. Ticked all the boxes and easy off road parking so we stopped. The better half had fish & chips which were beautiful and fresh and I opted for mussels. These were cooked i
