The kiosk order didn't work properly and it took 5-10 minutes for a staff to come to the counter to complete my order. Would still be ideal if there was a real person avaliable to talk to rather than just screens but once the food was ready it was as expected from maccas.

Yaa cool as crew they had on yesterday night, young & energetic good vibes 👌🏽 even had a little cmu moment at the window girl said GOODMORNING & it was well after 8pm 🤣🤣 but she made my night after all , I needed that giggle 🤭🤕🤗the team all seemed to have a close bond with one another which is highly favorable when your amongst a workplace.. I wished the team a good rest of the night & they were all sending me off with A HUGE BYE 🥰 Thanks for lifting my spirits guys keep up the good work things that may seem small to some are also a huge deal for others 💜

Stopped in on the way to a funeral. Can always count on McDs for a decent toilet. The food was nice and hot and the service was friendly enough. Plenty of parking.

Due to being so busy the lobby was not so clean. Staff wasn’t Polite enough, very reluctant. McCafé product was nice. Manager and front counter staff uniform seemed dirty too.
I got food twice through drive-thru and it was very fast and hot! Great!

The food was free for me because i went on the macdonalds app and ordered a free mcflurry but when i asked a coworker where is my icecream she said what icecream i said the icecream i ordered she said no and then this other coworker came up to me and said do you just want a large with oreos and flakes on top and i said yes please because i ordered a regular and small.
Hey what can I say. Kaitaia is kaiataia things just taste better here then anywhere else in the country. 5 star definately. Also the only place that will happily put a egg in any burger you want.
