Shop was super busy this evening but the food was well worth the wait! Burgers are delicious and we highly enjoyed them. Fish was limited due to selling out of everything except fish of the day. Service was slow but that was only due to demand and the staff were polite and lovely to deal with. We shared a scoop of chips between 3 adults - easy!
Great fish and chips place in the Kawhia harbour. Nice food and quick service. The place to go in town for a nice feed. The location is great and the lemn fish F&C tasted great.

the fish was amazing and the garlic chips were, without doubt, the best chips we have ever had. the kumara chips were delicious and the whole meal was provided wrapped up in real newspaper, which was a novelty we haven't seen in years.
This was the best fish shop I've been to in quite some time. Everything was really really delicious.

Our family had a meal at the Kawhia Fish Shop and it was simply superb. The fish was fresh and the chips were so yummy and as a family we highly recommend and will be back.

One of the few places in Kawhia that does expresso coffee in the weekend and at odd hours. You may need to wait quite a long time for them to make it though. Great chips and very reasonable prices
