Review Kaffir Lime Cafe - Levin

It's a very cozy family style restaurant. The price is reasonable and the food portions are generous. The wait time is not long, and has a good variety of selection. Please see my photos for reference.

This place was a bit quiet but we must have gone in its quiet time as we were just passing through as we were on a road trip and got hungry. The food was really good and tasty. We'll worth a visit.

Lovely food, nice ambience and desserts very reasonably priced. Will go again for the pad thai! Edit: I have just tried them as a takeaway and the portions are very small for $15.50 (under half the container filled so I had to add some of my own noodles!) Good for dining in but not take out!

Great takeaway option. Green curry really delicious-great flavour. In addition the butterfly prawn appetizer with chilli dipping sauce. Beautifully cooked. Will be back again. Incredible range of options re menu featured.

Very good place in Levin for Thai. Food is fresh and we'll cooked. It's not a place for a romantic dinner though as it's more set up for a quick tasty meal.

Best Thai I have been too. Always stop here on the way back from a weekend adventure. Amazing every time! Tofu veggie option is really good too!

We stopped here for lunch on Easter Monday, as they were one of the few places open in Levin. It was a chilly day outside and we walked in to a spacy, warm and clean seating area in front of the register. They have a big menu on the wall with photos which makes it a lot easier to choose what you'd like to eat. I got the sweet and sour pork with rice. My friends got a panang curry and a duck curry. The serving size are generous, although the rice size is very modest (most places have a lot of rice with a modest amount of main). My dish was delicious, quite astringent and semi-rich with lots of veges which was just what I needed. The curries were quite rich and savoury, you'd def need more rich than the serving size they give if you wanted to finish it all. All in all the service was great and the food was really delicious and flavourful. We really enjoyed our meal here.

Nice place for a quick meal while on a road trip. The food is authentic and it is not too spicy. The dishes we ordered were fragrant and tasted great. The place is clean and the staffs are friendly. The price is reasonable. Overall, a good place for Asian food.
