Review Miss Fortune's - Lower Hutt

Simply a fantastic little foody joint, priced affordably, the flavour really shows the care and attention put into the excellent food! Plus, the milkshakes are made with ice cream! Fully recommend trying it, even if you have to out of your way to get here. Value for money is top-notch, and they always have people in and out.

Wow, 1pm lunch. & Only one pie left. Beef Chili Con Carne Pie - I'll have it. Was asked if I wanted salsa with it, of course I had to have it. The pie was tasty as. The customer service was of a high standard. I'll definitely be back.

Still the most 'Accidentally Wes Anderson' café in all of Wellington. The mood, the staff, food & drink have all been fantastic here since day one, & every visit reminds us of our first mid-summer outing here.

Tasty food and good coffee. Very pleasant friendly staff. The burger was delish as was the Samosa and beef cheek pie. We were a little late in the day so only had limited options. Will make sure we get on earlier next time.

The space is much improved over previous businesses. There is a covered courtyard area that expands seating and provides a lot of light into the whole space. I've been coming here from time to time over a year now for coffees and lunches, sometimes on my own, often with coworkers. The menu is constantly shifting and always interesting, although there are only a few options at a given time. We've also made trips down just for milkshakes, which are simply amazing. And I just realised today that some of the coffees can be served over ice, for a lighter summer treat. It would be a shame to not mention the service. I've always found the ladies to be friendly, helpful and often entertaining.

Oi... pulled up to this place for lunch and was amazed and blown away! the interior and its furniture, the service and food options👌 the feel and vibe of the place was amazing, especially with the playlist 🎶 I ordered the BBQ brisket burger with coleslaw and chipotle mayo and it was 🔥🔥🔥 honestly finger-lickin' G.O.O.D.! washed it down with a snickers thick shake 🤤 I struggled to finish my shake because I had a mini coma after my burger! Absolutely recommend.

Great place tucked away in the industrial area in Seaview. Super amazing coffee every time no matter who is behind the machine which is exactly what you want! Best date scone I’ve ever had! It is built up with thin folded layers! Staff are always friendly and smiling! A must go for all!

I traveled here due to Google map ratings for best breakfast in the Hutt but there are no breakfast meals only cabinet food (which all looked fab btw). The salmon bagel and coffee were great. It's in an industrial area so not a lot of parking available. The joint was pumping and there's clearly a loyal following. Cool decor and vibe but as I'm not into rock music it wasn't my vibe as such. Would recommend it to others though
