Noodle Canteen has been nothing but consistent, whether it be here or anywhere else in the country. Number 17 has been my go to for the past decade and they've never skimped on portion. The staff, as always, is friendly and provides excellent service. It's definitely worth checking out if you're in the mood for some satisfying Asian cuisine.

Nice people working there they are very friendly, they have a lot of good selection of vegetarian options. So you have nothing to worry about if you are vegetarian. Their prices are very fair. It doesn’t take them long cook your noodles. You always find a park outside so there is no problem there .

As a noodle lover, I love noodles. Noodles can be long and thick while others are a bit skinny. Some are even flat but like who cares, they're all pretty good. Rice is even kind of like a really short noodle if you think about it. I always get the Hot Box from here, but while it is indeed hot it doesn't actually come in a box. 40/40

Very good noodle and rice meals here. I especially enjoyed the king prawns and Odon noodles. They came with cashews which gave it a lovely crunch.
Everything is made on site and you can watch them busily prepare the meals with good aroha.
Service is friendly and quite efficient and is worth waiting around to watch the meal gets made for you.

Absolutely rubbish , food nothing like the pictures or description , bland , overpriced , rip off , go somewhere else and spend your hard earned money on better quality<br/>Asian cuisine , started off ok when opened but as per usual quality goes down price goes up .

Bought it with voucher. Great bargain with generous portions. We ordered 4 meals noodles n fried rice typical Chinese food. Taste n flavor is ok but some bit salty.

Food was cooked really promptly, staff was really friendly. Overall good experience.I love spice, and the staff made sure they put enough in to make the food have a punch. I ordered combination noodles with bits of everything in it which was good, while my fried had Singapore noodles which hers tasted better than mine so would recommend that instead of combination noodles.

Good quality food and decent portions and prices. It is a good place to go when you want your noodle fix. My personal favourite is Satay chicken, they use quality ingredients so you don't end up with a mouth full of grease.

Always yummy the best canteen noodle in New Zealand been going there. For years 10 out of 10. Fast and friendly, sweet and sour pork fry rice must be something to try!!!

Massive thank you to the team at Noodle Canteen! We placed a phone order at the very end of the night and then realised we lost the car keys so eventually made it to NC just after closing, thankfully a staff member had waited behind so we could pick up our order which we didn't expect!
