Review Omega 3 Seafoods - Mana

Ordered two crumbed fish, two corn fritters and a portion of chips. Was told 20 mins. We were there early, they apologised for the wait but it was under 20mins. Everything was perfect, chips cooked properly, plenty of corn in the fritter, the fish had a different crumb to most, which was awesome and literally no grease on the paper. Highly recommend.

Best Fried Rice in Porirua. Hands Down. Or thumbs up. 👍😁

Only been there once for a fish burger. But it was a pretty damn good fish burger

Phoned ordered Saturday and meal was ready within 30 minutes. At $12 per dish this is value for money. Sweet n sour pork delicious and beef & veges sooo good fresh and crunchy veges . However chicken fried rice had no flavour with fragments of chicken and hardly any spring onions or flavour. Apart from that dish , I would give it another go.

Fish was perfectly cooked, fast and beautiful to eat. As mentioned in other reviews, scoops of chips are little light in size and are probably more serving size size per person vs a traditional scoop. Will be back !!

Food is better than the place looks. Great range of Asian and fast fried F&cat's arnt oily. Parking compromised by express/ tranzit lane so in those times leading up to peak commute & dinner best park across the road or 40m south in estuary rest area.

Love their Chinese dishes and the fish n chips are yummy too. My go to place for reasonably priced quality takeaways

Slightly outdated interior but staff are very friendly and the food is great. Reasonably quick service and usually about a 10 minute wait for the food. Overall a definite favourite in my area.

have been coming here for over 15 years with multiple management changes and never had any real issues, beautiful and easy location, friendly staff and of course, reliably delicious fish and chips

The absolute WORST fish and chip shop I've ever experienced. Average food with sky high prices. Never have I seen a steak & cheese burger with literally only steak, cheese, shredded lettuce and BBQ sauce on it. The fish stunk and the curry roll had seen better days too. Not even the chips were decent. Avoid at all costs!

Great food but lady behind the counter was not polite and after asking for vinegar on our chips, and checking there was, there was none. Paua fritter was also not very good. Chips and spring rolls very good.

Good takeaway food - fish were decent pieces and not over bartered. Chips were okay. Friendly proprietor. Parking is a bit of a mission, especially if coming from south.

Great shop love it and prices are so low and they also have chinese meals and does milkshakes and deep fried chocolate bars and roti and curry just great
