Review Kfc - Mangere

Came here on a Saturday for lunch and had a great experience. Ordered using the screen and our meal was ready within 5 mins. Our food was all fresh and tasty, the chips were yummy and had a good amount of seasoning. The chicken was fresh and delicious. And we liked being able to refill our drinks at the drink station. No complaints here 👌🏻

It was packed so it took a while before we got our order. 20 to 30ms! but I could see the staff were working so hard to get everybodys order done! Thanks KFC! I suppose the wait was worth it as the Chicken was good and tasty as always!

Terrible service. Sooooo slow for an Express Service. Waited over an hour to receive two small orders. The screen showed our order twice and then disappeared. Staff went back 5 pages to find order and then questioned whether we ordered a drink. No apology. We’ll go some where else next time.

New kiosks are the killers! They make the rest look nicer. I've been here many times here were ups and downs but this visit is a pleasure they even offer free wifi. I might be over generous about 5 stars but it doesn't deserve a 1 star.

Good kfc branch. Tidy restaurant and staff members are more than helpful

Would not be back, disgusting, dirty tables and smelly. Incomplete orders, when checking at the counter, staff gave me attitude that everything is there. I didn't even question her, we realized we were missing 2 regular coleslaw and a Morobar. So I am just supposed to trust your staff and walk away with an incomplete order, an order I paid for with missing items. Seriouly get your act together KFC, this is an Airport branch and what a crappy welcome. Close this joint down and let someother fast food run it properly. Utterly disgusting.

Very poor customer service. I went drive through and saw one of the staff eating at the same time, while packing chicken for customers.<br/>When I complained this to lady on the drive through, she replied very very rudely. Very aggressive reply. This happed today on 8August2019, around 2:15pm.<br/>

Disappointing. Ordered a $45 bucket at drive thru this evening. ALL dry pieces of chicken, no thigh or drumstick or any tender pieced of chicken. I think we got the reject bunch because some pieces had no skin.

It was an unpleasant experience, customer service was very poor and not welcoming at all, the food was not worth spending to, as a international visitior this was the worst food I have tried in my entire trip.

Went through drive thru. Ordered 2 piece pack. Pulled over in carpark to eat because hungry. Lucky i did as when i went to eat i had a crusty breast and shrivelled crusty leg cold chips with hardly any salt. Had to walk back in and show them i wasnt happy with crusty chicken. One girl i saw get told about it and i saw her laugh. Received a new pack with better chicken and hot chips. My point is though. I went through drive thru because i didnt want to walk in and then lucky i stopped. But i still had to walk in to complain. You could clearly see the chicken was over done and i shouldnt have been served that at all. So disapointed in this KFC. Crap customer service and food. Hated it and think this kfc needs better staff

Drive through service was friendly and wait wasn't too long. Ordered a wicked wing lunch box, and unfortunately had soggy fries:( chicken was still crunchy goodness though! Craving was still satisfied.

I love KFC. Absolutely love it. There's nothing like the colonel's secret recipe to satisfy your cravings.<br/><br/>The KFC by the airport is fairly new and after you order you can be seated. The staff will bring your food to your table which is nice. It kind of makes you feel weird because it doesn't feel like KFC when you get it brought you your table.

Unbelievably slow service. We went into the store. There was one person serving and many waiting so we decided to try drive through as that is usually faster. We waited 30 minutes behind a few cars with nobody moving for ages. When we got to the window there was one server taking orders, packing orders and collecting money. She was tired and disinterested. This place needs more staff and staff who are interested in their job. Do not go here if you are on a deadline, like having a flight to catch.

poor service very bad chicken taste no flavor staff doest have clue what is kfc they ruinin the kfc reputations i can't believe kfc next to international airport you would expect higher standard of service and product but its not there will never go there again .....

Pretty usual KFC located at the Auckland airport. They barely have any specials given that it is an airport branch. They do however do a pretty decent snack menu for $6. Not quite the cheap snack boxes but not too bad otherwise.

11 herbs and spices are as addictive as any narcotics I'm sure of it. Nothing is better than the first bite of hot crispy KFC chicken. <br/>Why then the company hobbles itself by constantly failing to deliver an experience that lives up the the promise I have no idea. <br/>If they hired staff who had half a clue, if they created a fast efficient proficient service, if they cleaned the place the place would be bursting at the seems and their profits would increase.

Poor service, got our simple order wrong and messy restaurant. Won't dine here again EVER. Maybe pick up a broom and listen when people order.

Best KFC in South Auckland, had a fantastic take out lunch on Sunday. The chicken was crispy and not greasy, it was cooked to perfection! The potato and gravy was really great, it was piping hot and was a perfect mix of potato and gravy.
