Review Percy Cafe - Mangere

The level of service is truly unmatched. The staff were kind and dedicated. The food was incredible, well balanced, unique and delicious. It's an ideal Cafe for events/groups, as well as a one on one brunch. Percy does an excellent job at anticipating their customers and clients needs, wants and requirements.

This is my new favorite cafe in Auckland. I was super impressed with the fresh juice and 'I can't decide' (their version of a big breakfast). The cabinet food looked mind blowing so I will be back for that sometime soon. The cafe is nice and quiet away from the hustle and bustle. Great if you've just landed at the airport for want brunch before you head home which is what I did. Recommend using their booking tool online, it worked well. Staff were awesome in Saturday lunch. The young Maori lady on coffees and service was an asset to your team.

Nice location, plenty of seating options. Friendly and efficient service. Food was a bit hit and miss, but a decent menu and counter options.

Absolutely gorgeous eatery hidden away in the Landing Drive business park. Plenty of onsite parking. From the moment you arrive you feel welcome. Bathrooms are to the left as you walk in and are kept to a very high standard. There’s also a shelved cabinet with merchandise including cups and bags. The decor here is gorgeous - simple yet elegant and there are WINDOWS EVERYWHERE. A little river runs behind it and one can see a lovely little bridge. The food was perfectly fresh and tasty. Our group had Eggs on Toast ($11), Percy’s Benedict with Mushroom ($19), Percy’s Benedict with Slab Bacon and a side of mushrooms ($19 + $5), Mushroom French Toast ($19.50), and the Chocolate Hotcake [GF V] ($18.50). For coffee, mother and I had white coffee with a flavour shot. My best friend had a nitro cold brew and said it was love at first sip. I personally would have preferred a little more milk but the flavour of the coffee with the caramel was divine either way. I did notice the spinach was nicely cooked (a little salty for me but my friend enjoyed it). The wording of the menu is slightly different online but don’t be confused- it all means the same. That said, everything is cooked to perfection and the customer service is exceptional. Also, the butter hollandaise is gorgeous. BOOKING IS ESSENTIAL (but totally worth it). Overall 4.7/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great spot with good vibes and nice views. Had the truffle gnocchi which was surprisingly filling and a decent sized portion. I wished it had a little more truffle flavour but it was still very tasty. The chicken burger and chilli scramble all came out great too. And for our dessert we grabbed the coconut caramel slice from the cabinet and it was one of the nicest caramel slices I’ve had as it was dense but very tasty and not overly sweet. Overall a great experience and a go to spot on a sunny day!

What a great place! I was very surprised that such a lovely place exists in such a semi industrial area. There is a stream that runs behind it, with lots of greenery, and a play area for the kids. There is plenty of parking and seating (indoor and outdoor). The portions are good, and so is the food. The cabinet food is extensive and looks awesome. The staff are friendly and efficient. I would recommend making a booking. It was already half full by 8:30am

If you've just come off a flight, particularly on a weekend, go here! It's a MUST. Take away or dine in! Surprising because it's in an industrial area, but a cute playground. Coffee is excellent, staff are warm, friendly and accommodating. Also, the BEST THING EVER!!! if you order a meal, kids eat free. Which is sensational since little people are fussy. We ordered from their breakfast menu and had the eggs Benedict, kids pancakes and it was good, fresh, well made and fast service. I also had their green smoothie and it was fresh, real and wholesome. Thank you team @Percy for setting the tone for an exceptional holiday!

Nice seating, light and airy with open views of landscaping and new warehousing. Great kids park outside that you can watch from part of restaurant or from carpark. Good place for a family to have a break at before going on a long flight as it is close to but not in the airport. Reasonable range in menu. More in cabinets next to checkout that are not on menu.

Fantastic and Suprisingly so! You wouldnt expect a great cafe surrounded by trees in the middle of a commercial area, but here it is. Great food. Great service. Lovely outlook and relaxed atmosphere. Top tip - kids free in the weekends! Top tip - lots of outdoor seating which is perfect for covid times. Tip tip - nice cakes to take home!

Love a restaurant/cafe that offers plenty of parkings! Not to mention a play area for your toddlers! They have outdoor seating, where you can enjoy your meal and watch them play ! They also have a room you can book for all those important meetings! Good variety of goodies to choose from to compliment your choice of hot drinks! I ordered a fluffy for my two year old grandaughter, the marshmallow was to big for her. I would exclude this from her fluffy next time . Otherwise we thoroughly enjoy the atmosphere and the friendly service and food! Thank you!

Great coffee. Food is high quality, that chilli scramble especially 🤤. Family friendly with a private playground outside and the "kids eat free" weekends. One of our favourite cafes in Auckland.

Great first impressions with beautiful landscaping as you drive to Percy. A lovely playground and lake nearby, and a very cute and cosy atmosphere in the cafe itself. This is yet another prime example of an absolute 10/10 burger. It was just absolutely perfect. The buttermilk fried chicken was on point, it was tasty, crispy, fresh, succulent - everything it needed to be. The sauce was great as well, with a little kick to it, the right amount of sauce so it’s nice and juicy. Coleslaw and bun - perfect as well, no complaints at all. Then there’s the chips, which come standard with the burger - usually I prefer thin fries. The thinner, the tastier. Thick steak fries are generally less tastier. And when I saw these fries, they looked like a typical boring version, not thin, no fancy seasoning - but boy was I wrong - the fries were just incredible! In fact I nearly finished them all before the burger. The other great part is that the fries are served with a really nice kinda spicy sauce which was amazing too! I could not fault the meal in any way. My money was well spent here. I’m going again. Part of me wants to try something different, but part of me just wants that exact same burger and fries again. The service was also very warm and inviting, with a cosy atmosphere in a pretty trendy looking cafe. The cabinet food just looks delicious too. I assure you, you will not be disappointed if you pop in here whilst nearby the airport next time. In fact, I’d definitely travel out of my way to eat here
