Review Alberta's - Mapua

Stunning location on the Mapua waterfront. Coffee was ok using the store's homemade almond milk, but not strong enough for my liking. The brioche both savoury and sweet were so delicious as was the real fruit icecream

Had an awesome Brunch at #albertas #albertasmapua today. Sadly, the main menu, 'Big Brekkie', was devoured before a photo could be taken LOL. Kai was scrumptious, as was the kāwhe and smoothie. It couldn't have been any better. Service was outstanding, not a long wait, despite being really busy and both inside and out full of diners.

What a wonderful cafe had the best eggs Benedict so tasty and included spinach as it should. The views looking out over the wharf are wonderful. Staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. Excellent time here

Wow. What a wonderful dining experience, all around. The staff are incredibly kind and knowledgeable, the coffee was superb, the green juice was so refreshing, and the eggs benedict were to die for. Not only was the food amazing, it was also beautifully presented. We left wanting to come back to try other dishes on the menu!

Alberta's in Mapua is a great place to unwind for a coffee and a yummy treat. The coffee was nice and hot, and had a full flavour. The chocolate brownie was delicious. Looking forward to coming back!

Exceptional coffee and food, beautiful view, chilled atmosphere. One of those places you wish wasn’t three flights away from home ;)

I enjoyed the food. I had house smoked salmon with poached eggs - delish. The cafe has a good vibe.

Incredible eatery. So difficult to choose what to get, the cabinet food and the menu is all so appealing. The donuts are so light and fluffy!

Lovely day and lovely cafe! Right by the wharf with great outdoor seating. Really enjoyed the tart and coffee. Quite expensive but to be expected in a tourist area.

Had takeaways one day and sat down the next. Coffee is excellent, but was quite a long wait both times for coffee and the second day they forgot one of them. (Noting they were busier on the Sunday than the Monday we went) I also ordered a date scone and it was fairly dry. Beautiful spot though.

Great food and nice place with new view of the wharf and Rabbit Island. Lovely friendly staffs who makes you feel right at home.

This is highly rated by the locals. Nice Scandinavian feel. Food is even better. One of the best eggs benedict I have had. The coffee was equally good. Highly recommended. No easy to find a place to sit though. Again proves it's popularity.

I love coming here. Great food, coffee is brilliant and the service is fast and friendly.

Gets busy on the weekend but have had smoked fish omelette and pork belly for brunch, both of which were fab.

Albertas never disappoints. I love breakfast here. The food is exceptional and the coffee superb.

Definitely the best coffee in mapua. Great selection of savoury, sweet, drinks, ice cream and more. Lovely seats outside to catch that bit of winter sun. Great spot in the summer too. Lovely friendly staff 😊

A funky wee coffee spot in an amazing province selling the most delicious coffee (sorry Ritual) and yum as food!

I love sitting on the grass to have my coffee - its every peaceful. Kids have a whole paddock to run around and breathe the fresh air.

A great place to go for a bike ride, the bagels and coffee are awesome. It beats going to Mapua on the ferry every now and again.

Good coffee and tasty snacks, perfect spot on the way to the beach. Hurry back in the Spring
