Review Bramble - Espresso Shop & Honest Canteen - Matakana

Not the best day to visit, was super busy. Luckily we were there for brunch after a wedding the day before, so the time waiting was spent with friends and family. Food was reasonably priced and tasty

Overall the staff, atmosphere and food quality were amazing. The staff had a professional yet laid back vibe which felt on par with the restaurants vibe. The Vanilla milkshake was very watered down and didn't taste very good. I felt abit disappointed after spending close on $9 for it. However, the burger was an amazingly fresh combination of: Beef patty, bacon, cheese, tomato, caramelized onions, spinich and a 'secret sauce'. The combination of all the above created an overall amazing burger. The corn chips that were served on the side also were also fresh and delicious. Would highly recommend the burgers. Would recommend anyone who's in the area to come grab a burger :)

Got here a bit late on a Friday arvo and their kitchen was already closed, luckily the cabinet food are damn good too! We had the pulled pork pie, breakfast wrap and bacon & egg bagel, washed down with an iced coffee and a regular flat white. All were fantastic.

Maybe one of the best Bacon Butties ever from this place which is in a stunning location. No place would get 5 stars from me if the coffee was average so I can hand on heart say that the flat white I got was delicious. Had two in the end. Also a major contributing factor was the staff who were brilliant on my visit which was a Monday morning. Definitely recommend. Great artwork and other cool stuff for families in the same complex an added bonus.

Great atmosphere, friendly staff and great coffee. I found it sweet they also call me lovely every time I come back and it reminds me of being back home in Ireland. The personal touch is what makes me come back 🙂

Thoroughly impressed with the food and service! Not a huge selection of on menu items, But cabinet food was awesome and had great variety. Coffee and fresh juices were great. Will definitely be back!

From the moment you step in and order, you can tell this place is a part of the community. The staff are lovely and friendly and the food is awesome. Highly recommend the Bobby Dazzler, if I could smush two Bobby dazzlers together and have them make mini bobby dazzlers to munch, I would. It's also dog friendly, had my two black labradors in there, the staff are very welcoming and accommodating to them too. If you ain't coming here, you're missing out.

Such amazing service the staff are so friendly, a massive change to the terrible service at a cafe up the road. Food was delicious and relaxed atmosphere. Dog friendly was also a bonus.
