Took my 4 year old son for breakfast he loved his banana and chocolate muffin 🧁🥤 he ate it all. For myself I ordered chicken cheese panini with hazalnut frapper with chocolate.☕️🥪 That was one of the best frapper I have had with the ice blended really smoothly I couldn't even feel any ice lumps. Lovely lady who greeted us at the counter and served us. Good place for a nice cup of coffee ❤️👏

10/10 - This is THE BEST cafe I have ever been to (& I have been to a lot) the food was absolutely beautiful, the coffee was perfect, the staff were friendly & the service fast! They were super busy & we had our food within 10 minutes! We will definitely be back ☕️

Standard cafe situation for NZ. Decent coffee and chillers with extra whipped cream. Convenient location across from the Lord of the Rings visitor centre so it’s great to people watch and soak up the sights. Staff were friendly but when we asked for a coffee to-go and one chiller for here they delivered all to have at the cafe. Minor inconvenience staff were friendly regardless must have been a miscommunication. Cabinet food were fresh looking and decent proportion.

Have been here a few times on various occasions. The food is excellent, and the hosts were inviting and polite. The coffee is nice.

Coffee is really good. I had an americano and it was not bitter. We also had the chicken pie and the chicken pesto and bacon sandwich. Both were delicious. The ambience is really nice with good music. The stafd were also welcoming. This cafe has both indoor and outdoor tables, the latter getting good sunlight. Moreover, the cafe is at the corner just across the Matamata information office.

Had Brunch and a coffee yesterday and food was very good, coffee was excellent and service was quick and staff very efficient.

Rolled in on our way to Rotorua (Rotovegas) for some go juice & a Mince n Cheese. Clean & well kept cafe. Facilities were sparkling & stocked. Nice to see a clean WC when you’ve been on the road for s few hrs. Good job guys!! Pleasant & friendly staff, service with a smile. Knocked out a huge brown water a Mince n Cheese & a sausage roll. Everything was delicious & filling. Parking was a breeze.

The coffees were slow to arrive but there was alot of people there present. The food however was very surprising as the chicken, mushroom, camembert pie was great! The Raspberry sauce with the pie gave a very nice and interestingly sweet and savory taste! Very nice and would suggest anyone to try it!

Loved this place. Only one of two left now in New Zealand, which is a shame. Staff friendly and helpful. Good coffee and very clean rest rooms.

The coffee is the best. Spectacular. Love it long time. And thank you to the ladies who were doing their thing. Greatly appreciated. Members of the public you need to visit this Cafe. Just opposite the information center. Can't miss it. If you do miss it then you should have gone to spec savers.

Had delicious cakes and coffee here. Staff are very friendly too. The manager is awesome
