Fresh and tasty sushi for a quick stop at Matamata! The person serving us the sushi was very patient considering we had a group of 6 and had to pay individually or in small groups. Wish we could’ve stayed longer to try out more of their amazing sushi!
Best sushi shop in town. Super friendly staff. It's a really nice variety and a nice little spot to sit and eat on lunch break.
The best sushi I have found in New Zealand. The customer service is kind and friendly. Always a lovely experience and I often will go 40min out of my way for their delicious tasting sushi! The sweet chilli chicken, vege triangles and teriyaki pumpkin are my favorites!!

I travel all over the place and if there's a sushi shop I'm stopping there. This one I have never been to before but I can tell you I'm stopping there every time from now. Great service and fantastic sushi. Especially the sweet Chile chicken on rice. Perfect.

Been craving sushi especially sashimi for weeks but all the sushi shops in my hometown are closed. Sen Sushi was about to close for the day but they didn’t have any sashimi at the front. But I asked if they have any and they made some for me. Thank you for the wonderful service. The sushi was great

An absolute treasure to have in our small town. Steve and his crew always strive for perfection with their sushi. It is always a joy to phone him and ask him to make up my lunch for pickup. Succulent and full of flavour.

The sushi was pretty ok, quite expensive, so if you want to eat well, you have to spend a lot. But otherwise the quality was perfect.
