Review Hell Pizza - Mission Bay

A great alternative to other fast food pizza. Pizza is good, but still just a bit better quality than a typical fast food pizza. Ribs are AMAZING! Heaps of meat that falls of the bone - perfect!. Also camembert cheese bites also fantastic. A real let down though is the chicken tenders.... very processed meat texture, taste is ok.. but low quality IMO of the tenders. Atmosphere is 4 as takeaway/delivery only... BUT instore and delivery staff are always professional and polite... nothing to fault from staff. Delivery is always a little earlier than stated.

Pizza was amazing. All the flavours and the pricing was very reasonable for the quality of the pizza. Would definitely recommend for date night. Good customer service as well.

Fantastic pizzas - but they really need to address their tables. The finish has lifted, all sticky. A sand back and re vanish would go a long way.

Went here recently and they restored our faith in Hell Pizza - it was delicious! I am GF and DF at the moment (not by choice) and was pleasantly surprised at how tasty the pizza was! My husband enjoyed his pizza too and the hash bites were delicious and crispy. Would recommend if you are in the mood for some decent takeaways. Also the dining area was a decent size and clean.

The best Hell Pizza in NZ, everything was so fresh. I made a simple request and they were happy to complete it. 10/10

I haven't been to Hell for some time but I was inspired by the launch of the separate vegan menu. I wasn't disappointed, always good to have another option for Friday night takeaway. Also the woman serving gave my young daughter a little bottle of juice which was super nice of her, and possibly part of her master plan as had to assure my daughter we would go back again soon 😂

Remember going in here before lockdown and was served by an amazing guy named Raj. I wasn’t quite aware of the dessert options but he was quite patient with me and showed exceptional customer service. Had a happy go face and lovely smile :) Definitely a go to this hell store!!

We always have the buffalo pizza which is delicious ! The crust is perfect thickness and is loaded with mozzarella with a hint of pesto sauce ! Highly recommend !

This hells branch can be a hit and miss sometimes forgetting specific instructions or even just basic things like what dressings with the salad but pizza is always nice. <br/>Service is also hit and a miss but really cant expect too much as its only a takeaway outlet.

This is my favourite takeaway pizza! Their pizzas are really good! And their lemon pepper wedges and unholy doughnuts are to die for!!🤤🤤😍😍 100% recommend if you like pizza. Only thing is that it’s a bit pricey.

Generous with toppings. However, they seriously under cook the pizzas and they are always so soggy that the topping slide off.. When asked to cook the pizzas for longer, they don't.

We ordered our food only to find that the pasta was stone cold....not even close to warm. We live 3 minutes away from the store so it wasn't the delivery time...they just didn't bother heating it up in store at all, We ordered the spicy cola flavoured wings...only problem is they forgot to actually put any sauce whatsoever on the wings..... the lamb shank had mashed potato that was stuck to the tin foil and the chicken tenders were hard and dry......hells is really going to hell. if I could give less than a 1 rating I would. Pathetic.

This Hells is my local. Which we have been buying pizza from for over 8 years. Sent my son in who has a small disability to get the order. The staff treated him like he was stupid. He waited and they just left him waiting another 10 mins. So I walked in asked for our order it had been ready the whole time. Ignorance is shocking don't ever want to return.

Ordered online for a delivery of 2 pizzas and a salad, they ended up arriving with everything as ordered 5minutes early (making 23minutes from order to delivery). Pizzas were as expected from Hell, though the underworld that I ordered only had cheese, calamari and mussels (no shrimp)

Used to be a regular until I found 2 hairs in a pizza. Was promised a voucher. Never received it. Contacted them and was promised a refund. Never received it. Would recommend if you're into average service and lacking hygiene, otherwise give it a miss.

New to New Zealand...and have been passing through this shop from time to time but never realized this is a pizza restaurant!!<br/>Know that they do promotion on every black Friday, so just grab a pizza on a black Friday last week.  Recognized this is a pizza restaurant when picking up the pizza... it's so nice (and i guess every Hell's pizza have the same decoration)<br/>The pizza is nice (and the pizza box is nice too)!  An interesting expererience to taste some local stuff!
