Quick service and great fries, one of the better fast food joints and unfortunately not many around...

Kaz us made fantastic burgers, I told her I didn't want it too spicy and she made it just right. Lovely personality and friendly a real credit to your company :) Will be back!

Restaurant needs a do up but I've always had good food and friendly service when I go. I don't go to most oportos but store one makes it well.

Great junk food (chicken nuggets) for the kids and very fast service. Could get pretty busy on a summers afternoon however.

The newly renovated store has an amazing vibe. Really enjoy the food here!

I love the vegetarian burger. The patty they make is so crispy, crunchy in the outside and juicy in the inside. All vegetarians should give this a try.

Service was bad, it took quite a while for my food to be ready, 15 minutes. When I got it, it looked like there was no care taken into constructing the burger and the chips were over seasoned

Oporto is a high quality Portuguese restaurant but I was horribly mistaken for its high steep prices for bad food splashed and smothered in sauce but if you have no sauce don’t even think about getting some it’s $1 for a bottle cap full of sauce that taste like air.The customer service that you expect and deserve for spending your money for their services are complete mistaken as well as they don’t care about the food and their job they just are thinking about the money and leaving.Please I beg don’t go again you will be let down and sad mistaken about your exotic meal.

Horrible And 100% dissapointing! I ordered today a fish burger And got a huge dry bun with a piece of fish That was just slightly bigger then a supermarket fishfinger! My partner had a patty That was as ‘big’ as my fish! Staff That was not interested And didnt give us extra mayo for the fries, said it was on our burger... The Fries was ok, the L&P like warm! We live around the corner but Will never ever go here again!

1 person working alone, 5 groups of people have walked in and walked out without order thanks to the 25min wait on food. Never ever been impressed from the food here, the sauce is weak and the food is overpriced.

The food was actually ok if you like things drowned in bbq sauce, very overpriced. The place was not busy but took over 20 mins for our order. The server was in lala land, I thought the 2 people in front who ordered might have been condescending but nope she just wasn't listening meaning repeating our order about 4 times. The place is filthy, doesn't look like it's been cleaned in years. One nice thing was the staff didn't chicken salt a small extra pot of chips for our son - but didn't tell us that and they were the last ones we ate!

Took quite a while for a burger and fries to arrive, place wasn't busy at all, Quite expensive for what you pay for. Best to add a little bit of their chilli sauce as the burger is bland.

Went to dine in with my friend, was a long hold about 20 mins but understandable looking at how much one person can do, plus the stock.. but the service he gave was nice, recommended best things on the menu, waited for us to order in a polite manner and kept coming to ask if everything was okay... definitely my go to👍

I live just down the road, I love Oporto but this one is always under staffed and they never pick up the phone so you can’t order ahead of time.

Shame on you.   I have had Oporto in other places and it has been delicious but this was terrible - will not recommend to my friends and will not go here again!!!

Last Saturday I went to have dinner looking at da menu I was excited to try out something new so we ordered double Bondi burger, chips, chilli cheese chips, chicken in lemon sauce and we also wanted coleslaw and potato gravy but da girl on the counter said they r sold out I was bit upset but I was still excited to try other things I bought. When I got the food I was so disappointed looking at da texture and appearance as I ate the chicken was over cooked and the chips was deep fried. The person who served didn’t give any tissues so my partner went to ask for tissues and she gave only 3 tissue paper for 2 people I was so upset. Later we tried da Bondi burger the chicken patties was over cooked and the bun was old and had a weird taste. So upset and disappointed with their service in simple words they r so pathetic it’s like literally inviting urself for food poisoning it’s waste of time and money having to eat there.

Super slow. 30min wait for 1 burger. <br/><br/>Only one staff member by herself. She’s doing the counter & cooking & prepping and it’s Fri night at 7pm!<br/><br/>The other staff member left to deliver Uber Eats. How ridiculous. <br/><br/>Didn’t tell the other 8 people who have just walked in that it’ll take forever.

Love the new store! New branding and design looks awesome! Has a great feeling and love the Bondi burgers. The staff are very friendly and have good service. #justgottago

Two words: FOOD POISONING! Worst experience ever! I am not huge fan of fast food but considering they had chicken I decided to give them a second chance (first one was their bondi burger and was horrible but I thought maybe that's not their strength). I called to order takeaway and when I arrived after more than 15 minutes (they said will take 10) nothing was ready so I had to wait for the entire order. <br/><br/>The chicken was dry and the sauce on top was just inedible. The fries were full of oil and the extra sauce that costs $1 has like 10ml which is like a mockery! <br/><br/>Never again!

Feeling ultra hungry one time, thought I might decide to order their biggest burger. The Mighty Black. Just as I got it, it was huge. Ain't no way my mouth was going to cover a big bite from that. So I had to push it down so it would fit in my mouth. Just biting on those patties was totally satisfying.<br/><br/>Despite it was almost closing time when I as there, it wasn't even busy. But the service was great though, staff was kind and friendly. I think I was the last customer for that night at the time.<br/><br/>Looking from outside, it's dead smack in the corner with outdoors dining. Go inside, it's like a miniature diner which I think is pretty cool. Two steps in and you're already at the counter, brilliant.

A not so good experience at the mission bay oporto! There is a big difference between aussie's oporto and here's! The signature chilli sauce hardly existed in the burger and also the chicken drumstick was not up to the mark!

Not bad but no Wendy's or Carl's JR, burgers were bigger than BK and McD but not as fresh as Wendy's. Didn't feel like we got good value for $23 (two burgers, one fries and a small bottle of coke)

Love Oporto. Not so big in NZ yet but established in Aus. Good option if you're after fast food but don't want something too greasy. Burgers and wraps are delicious and better than grabbing a sandwich from a cafe if you're in a rush.

This fast food place has many interesting burger options. The food is overall good. The ambience reflects that this is a takeaway place. The staff needs better training to meet customer expectations.

Had an average experience at the Oporto Mission Bay. Previously I asked for the burger to be only slightly spicy, but got a really hot sauce all over the bun. The second time I let them know and gave them a chance to rectify the issue, however with only a little improvement I have got a spicy burger again!

Didn't have a pleasant experience with the restaurant staff. Since its the first time I had been there I asked whether the chicken was 'Halal', and he very rudely replied 'yes'. When requested for assistance he rudely refereed me to the main menu displayed on top. No receipt was given after cash payment. Later when the take away is ready he said "hello boss...its ready", and then just dumped with me.<br/><br/>STAFF WAS VERY RUDE &amp; UNHELPFUL, and their dry langauage will make me think twice prior to going there again. However the food was fairly cooked well.
