I've taken friends and loved ones here and it's been great every single time. They make the waffle cones fresh in store and the icecream flavours are delicious.
The price is really good too! Can't complain! They always have a long long but it's worth the wait 😊

I have been visiting this store for 25+ years. When visiting from out of town I always make a stop here. If you dont mind standing outside in the que for a long period of time during summer in direct sun then the ice cream and waffle cones are well worth it.

Came from a restaurant where the dessert menu was boring and expensive. Got this delight after a 5 minute wait. Kahlua kiss! Three flavours of ice cream (rec maple walnut!), Cream, nuts and Kahlua. Soooo good. Eaten on the beach at sunset. All for $11.50

Fantastic and cheap price. Absolutely an ice cream legend.
Have been there probably 100 times. The waffle cone is very popular, but I normally get a regular cone. Even just a kiddy cone is massive.
There are many flavours, among which I pick the Mocha Fudge as the best. Maple Walnuts, Cinnamon Dough, Cookies and Cream, Salted Caramel flavours are also very yum.
Perfect to have one for a beach walk.

Perfect dessert on a hot autumn day! I chose the salted caramel flavoured ice cream with whipped cream on a small waffle cone, and it was amazing 🤩🍦
Make sure you choose a topping alongside the whipped cream (I only chose the whipped cream, foolishly choosing to lessen the calorie count 😆), and it was a bit messy to eat. I might need more practice and buy from them again tomorrow. And the next day. And the next 😉
But seriously, you gotta try this out! 👍

this place is a little iconic up here in auckland, known for its characteristic rude treatment of customers, so was definitely a lil excited to finally try it. However, staff were polite and shakes/ice cream delicious. Alas, maybe because we were adults and not children. Maybe next time!

An absolute must for any ice-cream lover! A long-time loved local haunt. Hand-made waffle cones that, if you time it right, you get to see made right infront of your eyes. When it's busy the line goes around the corner. I for one hate waiting in line but this is a line I waited in with excitement and the wait was worth it! My flavour choice: Hokey-pokey
