Review Burgerfuel Mt Wellington - Mount Wellington

I had a spectacular burgerfuel experience today. I ordered five burgers and they were absolutely scrumptious. The staff here are just amazing and the management is really fabulous. And the food was on time and absolutely delicious. I’m definitely going to be making a return!

Was worth the wait. My husband and I spent about $55 for two burgers and two sides. Expensive but it is once in a while that we eat at burger fuel. If we had our two kids with us, we would've spent about $100

I had an exceptional experience at BurgerFuel Mt Wellington! Alexa was incredibly accommodating, helpful, and patient. The service was top-notch, and they went out of their way to make sure the order was perfect. Definitely a 5-star experience!

Always love kumara chips and of course our fave burgers. They used to be huge when we tried them since 2013, still love it. Had another visit to this place tonight, very impressive customer service by the only male staff, kudos, keep it up guys 👍

I forgot this gem existed, busy rainy Sat night the team on that night were very friendly and served us hot crispy chips and perfectly made burgers in about 20mins (busy night). Have been back again the following week for dinner again, my personal favourite V8 Vegan

I got the bacon backfire burger, it was so filling and flavourful. Had the prefect amount of all ingredients and both chicken and bacon was cooked perfectly. The staff were so nice and friendly, overall the service and atmosphere was amazing. I’m definitely coming back and recommending this location to friends and family.

I was a bit apprehensive as I haven't had Burger Fuel since pre-covid and some reviews here are mixed. But I had a very positive experience. Large, delicious burger with fresh veges and lettuce. Friendly kiwi service. Only giving 4 stars there cause I had to wait an extra 15 mins for a pre-order. Overall a great experience, very happy.

I enjoy Burgerfuel. The staff were good and atmosphere ok. I say ok because the toilets needed a mop, not sure what was on the floor, but glad I had shoes on.

Decent burger joint. Friendly staff. Quick even at lunchtime. Gooood thick shakes.

I’ve just left the restaurant and service was excellent. I was serviced by Tea with a great smile and friendly atitude. The guys in the kitchen did an amazing job too. The V-Twin I ordered was perfect and the fries were crispy and hot as they should be. The lobby and toilets were clean. My food was ready fairly quick. I felt welcome here and I’m very happy with my experience at this place tonight. I highly recommend and will defo be back.

Burgers have always been really yummy and hearty, love it when its summer as they have the fish burger combo which is always nicely put together.

I've given this place two chances. Shit happens. This is the second. Just look at this pathetic display of a "burger." They made me wait an extra 25 minutes for this because they forgot my order...That's ok it happens but when it does you can't do this to your customer.

We normally don’t eat burger chain restaurant, but burgerfuel is an exception. Cheap and delicious. The kumara fries with aioli are delicious. Burger was great quality. Service was great too.

Burger fuel was really good, prompt and fast service and awesome customer service. Nice and tidy inside and very family friendly. Will return in future!

If you love proper burgers and crispy fries, this is the place to be! Have been here many times and have never failed to be impressed.<br/><br/>Ordered the chicken fenders and ford freakout with fries and a banana shake and let me tell you.... this is the best burger, shake and fry combo Ive had in a long time! The service was on point, the food was on point and so its only fitting the rating is on point too!<br/><br/>Another well deserved 5 star experience.

I had a kids cheese burger and chips and apple flavoured water. The burger was nice and fresh. Although it was a kids burger it was a descent size with lots of delicious filling. The chips were fresh and hot and came with a side of aioli. The restaurant was clean and tidy and the service was quick.

Ordered a beef burger a while back to satisfy some burger cravings. Was utterly disappointed by the quality of my burger it just seemed greasy or something and just had such a funny taste. The picture looks kind of appealing but I think it was just something about the taste that day. Unfortunately neither me or my partner finished our burgers and that was rather sad because the prices aren't very cheap, probably won't be back again

Very disappointed with their new Seoul Burger. I was craving for it since they launched it, and however it wasn’t nice at all. Don’t know if it’s this particular brunch’s fault. <br/><br/>As you can see on the photo they put a kimchi stalk in the burger! How am I going to eat it? So had to put it out, which ruined my burger a lot. <br/><br/>Also it consists of chicken sticks (not a patty) which were dry and tasteless as well as they fell down from the burger all the time while eating.<br/><br/>I have recently rated this place as a 5 star. Sadly, but had to rate it down to 1. Just waste of $15 for the burger that doesn’t worth even a $5. Don’t know if I am ever going to come to eat here again.

Even thier chips were expensive. <br/>I used to be one of those kids who ordered 4 to 6 $1.5 bacon cheese burgers at wendys. <br/>As I grew up, I was introduced to student loans and part time jobs, these $1.5 burgers were increased to $3 and yet burgerfuel maintained their price. <br/>Yes, increase in price decrease in demand, plus increase in demand for substitute product. <br/>Sadly I still go Carl’s jr more than burgerfuel :( <br/><br/>Mt Wellington branch was one of the best. <br/>Perfect presentation, extra saucey, extra gooey. <br/><br/>Burgerfuel’s online order app makes ordering process simple and fast and this is probably why Burgerfuel stands dominant over others. <br/>

Yummy burgers but order online or over the phone otherwise be prepared to wait. When busy tables aren't always clean but otherwise always happy with our food and service from this Burger Fuel place.

Came in after work for my bday freebie since this was the closest one. It's your standard store but the lady at the counter made all the difference, she was really friendly, bubbly and polite. Usual top notch burger and fries as well.

Revised review after visit 5 June. Today struggled with communication problems created by language difficulties. Eventually placed order correctly but when food brought to table the customised burgers were missing what we had doubled. Competent speakers of NZ English are surely not hard to find? Dismayed to find every chair at our table smeared with a sticky residue. Downrated the previous grading because of these significant disappointments. No, did not complain. Could not face the torture of struggling with murdered English. Previous review follows:<br/>4 stars.We have eaten burgers from here quite a few times. This trip was remarkable. On arrival the atmosphere was bright and inviting. Clean? It was sparkling. Some nice changes to the decor. We simply had to stay and enjoy our take away meal on site. Of course, not high table but excellent for this genre. One aspect awaits improvement; we bought no beverages - insufficient choice.

I felt so sorry for him. He easily would have waited 15 minutes for his shake. Other customers were served in between and they received their orders. Honestly disappointed, me and my partner ordered only to find out BF had run out of fries. The service was ok but we had to wait quite a while. Burger was cold and the milkshakes we had ordered hadn't been mixed propley, chips were old. Never going back!!!

Went in for a late lunch, the place was empty. Both guys there were friendly and pleasant. The place was clean and spacious. I ordered a bambina without tomato and relish, and added extra avocado- which was fresh and a deceng amount. The fries were crunchy and soft inside. The food was delivered in a timely manner.

Arrived in Auckland extremely tired and hungry. Executive chose Burgerfuel as much comfort food as to feed his team.<br/><br/>Gluten free burger bun - did not taste GF! Overall flavour was of hamburgers before fast food chains ruined them. Ample quantity, great taste. Loved the generous serve of avocado. Sweet potato fries were good touch. Gotta love BurgerFuel. Here's one franchise that's managed to maintain quality and consistency while managing to expand to every corner of New Zealand. We went here before a movie for a quick meal. I ordered the Bastard with fries. Food was good as expected, but the service was a bit lacking. Otherwise, pretty good.

Often foodies can be snobby when it comes to chain food. Sometimes I think the criticism is warranted, other times not. In the case of Burger Fuel I believe the latter is true. If there wasn't such a 'I love organic, locally owned and operated places and I hate corporations and rich chains' fashionable wave at the moment, those fools would judge the food for what it is, not the ideology behind it. <br/>I challenge someone to try the 'Bastard burger' from Burger Fuel and tell me it doesn't compete on the food scene. The ingredients are fresh, high quality and the synergy of flavours is right up there! My ever increasing waistline is anecdotal evidence of how many burgers I have actually eaten in my day. I can provide context and contrast in the burger game. Believe that. <br/>Try a bastard burger and be honest with yourself. It's not the best, but it's up there.

Fast friendly service, a little bit tricky to get out of the carpark onto the main highway but worth the effort for the fresh burgers, shakes and motobites. I love their app as well, it makes ordering takeaways so easy. I love burgerfuel and I've only ever had great service from this branch! 🍔🍔🍟

We went here with our two kids, one of which was a toddler needing a high chair. BurgerFuel had several which was great. The meals were amazing as always and the staff were super friendly. Even were ok when our kids got a little loud.

Been several burgerfuel in auckland. This one seemed worst one to me. Egg yolk inside the burger was totally soft and it was falling like a drip in my hand...

Been here a hundred times. Very good service with hardly any muckups. Muckups were compensated for. All upgrades done properly as asked. One of the best gourmet burger restaurant around the town. A must have in the list.

I wasn't too impressed when I went here. <br/><br/>Service took forever. And I understand that it's made fresh to order, but it is still meant to be fast food. I shouldn't be waiting 20-30 minutes for a burger. <br/><br/>The vegie burger that I had was incredibly dry and unsatisfying. It felt like I was eating a dry chickpea sandwich. <br/>I like that they've had a go at making vegan food but they don't seem to have put much effort in. As if they came up with the idea but never tried it themselves. <br/>I'm not sure what the meat burgers are like but I hear people rave about them, so hopefully they are better than their veggie one.
