Classic “posh” dinner in a superb location that immerse you completely in the unique Art Deco atmosphere of Napier. I tasted the mushroom and truffle pâté and the cheese platter: both excellent. A good selection of wines and the impeccable service make the restaurant a jewel that definitely deserve a visit when in Napier.

By far, this is my most favorite restaurant in New Zealand. The food is absolutely incredible. I had the privilege of working in restaurants for over a decade before changing careers and this Chef has incredible talent. Added to this, the service is exceptional and they have a brilliant collection of fine Whiskies.

We had a wonderful evening to celebrate an event. Setting is well presented, the menu is well balanced. Serving of the starters took longer than is should have, but I think they were caught short on staff for the night. Left feeling that we got value for what we spent.
