Wow fabulous value. I couldn't eat all of my fisherman basket. Nor could Tony eat his Paua chips and salad meal. Fantastic value. Very tasty . Cooked to perfection

If you love kaimoana/seafood or just keen for the best fish and chips you must go to Takitimu Seafoods in Napier. I ordered a piece of gropher with a heap of garlic butter chips ...entirely too much for one person but luckily there were two of us. We paid $12 which is seriously, seriously good value. They do creamed paua chips for hedonists. Personally I can longer go to any other fish and chip store as I'll be doing myself a disservice.

Ordered fish n chips for the whanau and the batter on the fish was so crispy and delicious. The best fish n chips I have experienced in years! Definitely my "go to" place.
Purchased a couple of punets of oysters and kina's that were fresh, creamy and melt in your mouth.
Ideal location too if you wanna sit and enjoy your meal on site. Great place to take the whanau ππ½.

Love calling in here when down the HB. Grabbed a $24 meal I think this was. Crispy, fresh and fed two adults and two kids. Got more fish than the pack said which was a bonus! Kept us fed for our ride back to Gizzy.

4/5 Stars, toilets (wharepaku) need a good clean. Chips a tad oily, but overall the meal was delicious and well worth the drive from Εtautahi. If not for the toilets and the oily chips it would have been 5 stars. Presentation and quality of the fish was bang on.

When they have the product in, their Kai is on!! Only reason I give this place 4stars is due to closing on shop early due to no more fish π But other than that, very tasty and scrumptious πππ

We loved the fish and chips here. The servings were huge, we bought a pack ( 2 fish and half scoop) and the two of us couldn't finish it. The decor and service were as you would expect for a fish and chip shop. It was busy, so we found it a little noisy at times. They also sell fresh seafood and will cook fish you choose from the fresh fish counter for a small fee.

Ordered online a punnet of fresh kinas during start of lockdown to christchurch. Placed order just after 1pm and I received it 8am the next day. Great and fast service, it did not disappoint definitely lifted my spirits up and they were soo creamy,fresh and delicious. Packaging was airtight and wrapped in a bag an placed in a polystyrene box with a freezer pack which kept it cool.Worth the delivery fee . Yes I would highly recommend and yes I would go through them again
