We could not have found a more beautiful location. A fantastic visit to Napier, with everything we needed on site, including a scenic boardwalk to enjoy.

What a beautiful place to stay. I booked 13 of us into 4 units. So comfortable and such friendly lovely staff, after a huge trip from Whangarei and all Pensioners. Definitely in my book of accommodation if we come back to Napier. The views, the clean and tidings, the really comfy beds, it was so welcoming all round.. 10/10
This place is absolutely splendid! The receptionists are one in a million "hostesses with the mostest", very helpful and very friendly. The view is spectacular! The balcony room met all expectations for comfort and cleaniness, 10 out of 10. The bathroom, oh my gosh love it! The cleaning staff were very professional and very friendly. We ate at the onsite restaurant, again the staff were top notch not to mention, the food was worthy of ordering, eating and mentioning.Thank you so much for a enjoyable and memorable stay East Pier Hotel, Napier.👍👍👍
Had a great dinner, very good menu with lots of choices. Very helpful and friendly staff.
When reviewing the East Pier it is impossible to find anything that is not excellent. I have stsyed at many hotel/Motels throughout nz and overseas this motel tops the list.
All Blacks were the far superior team, just didn't reflect in the score!
East Pier was perfect for our wedding. Dave and Bex were super accomodating and thought of great solutions that we hadn’t considered. We loved the option of having a kids room - and our parent guests were amazed. The bridal suite was beautiful. The food was excellent and all 110 meals came out at the same time. The staff were attentive and friendly. The day could not have gone any better thanks to their help!
Criminally underrated wedding spot. We put Dave and the team through the ringer for our special day and they went above and beyond. Thank you so much for making the venue, ceremony, dinner and reception the easiest and most stress free part of our wedding.
