Exceptional service from a thoughtful team. I enjoyed a delicious lunch snack from the cabinet & coffee.. Great selection & innovative seasonal flavours.

Coffee is good, got an oat flat white, terrific. However the food is average, big breakfast is basic, slice is tough, not as good as it's reputation.

I frequent Bay Espresso for takeaway coffees and work meetings. The girls behind the counter are just so friendly and welcoming ❤ their service is excellent and they manage the busy periods with such ease as it is a very busy spot! Great coffee and awesome cabinet food. The menu is excellent too. Great spot for a quick catch up or for breakfast and lunch meets.

Has a classic breakfast menu, plenty of cabinet food to choose from and delicious coffee. Would recommend the breakfast wrap !

A very nice cafe in Taradale. Their savoury muffins are divine! Always a good coffee too. Vegan options available.

Delish breakfasts and coffee- friendly staff

Very cosy little spot... Loved the pesto with the mushrooms and bacon... (@#$!, I hate these autocorrecting keyboards that override your spelling... took me 5 tries to spell cosy correctly... it kept replacing cosy with cost... 😶) Still a nice cosy and friendly place for a quiet cup of tea and a crossword. And again, the Big Breakfast was excellent. Staff, as always, were friendly, helpful, happy and professional (and they let me stay on a bit to complete the Sudoku 😁)... Again excellent and professional staff. I asked for scrambled eggs on toast without bacon because I've just had a tooth removed and they made the toast soft without me asking. I am impressed 😄. Again excellent service. Got poached eggs on toast and a large mocha which improved my grumpy mood appreciably. Also filled in some puzzles.

Absolutely amazing welcome. The staff vibe an awesome energy. To me, it's all about that first contact with the staff, because most cafes offer the same stuff, the welcome is the point of difference. Great atmosphere, well located, ventilated and well lit with radiant sunlight. Simple and effective front of house layout that was clean and tidy. Nice visit. See you again!!

Really enjoyed a hot coffee after being drenched while out for a mornings ride. Could sit outside in our wet clothes out of the rain.

This is by far my favourite place to have food and coffee, the staff are always so welcoming and happy to assist with anything and everything and the wait time for coffee and food is next to nothing.

What a great place. Our food was amazing and served very promptly. The mushrooms on toast were as good as you could possibly get. Excellent service - will return if we are over this way again.

I had eggs bene with a side of creamy mushrooms.. perfectly poached eggs, lovely tasty meal. The coffee was great, hot and strong, just as I like it. Service was amazing, the girls went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed, and checked that I was happy with my meal. Definitely recommend them if you're looking for something fresh and different to eat..

Stopped for a quick cuppa and you just can't go wrong with the coffee from here 😊👍🙌 Really nice flat white and well worth a stop.
