He is extremely helpful and he went way beyond the standard customer service you would expect in such a large store.
He managed to very quickly source a part for our heater for us - for which we are extremely grateful.

Plenty of everything, but be alert to pseudo specials. Prices can be deceptive and it pays to shop around. I alsTried to return broken secateurs that were still within warranty. Front counter staff refused to replace them without a receipt (claiming the importer insisted on it). I emailed the importer of Wolf Garten and I received a replacement secateurs next day. The upshot of this is that I will always be a loyal customer of Wolf garten equipment, but I sure as hell won't be buying them at Mitre 10 again.

Huge Mitre 10, has everything you need. Well laid out. Went for the range of Weber BBQ products and was not disappointed. Even has a playground for the kids!

Love Mitre 10 Mega stores. Had to go to Napier store today after checking the website as they had everything I wanted buy. The staff are most helpful & got a palette to put all the storage cabinets I wanted & then took them down to drive through for me, arranging a trailer for me & loading my purchases onto the trailer for me.
