Third time here and still very entertaining and a great dining experience. Great way to have a nice family or group outing. Although each course seems small we all certainly had had enough to eat by the end. The options from the menu are enough to please most diners. Fun tasty night out.

Had a delicious meal while visiting Nelson. Big portions, freshly sourced fish and well presented and made by the sushi chef - well done and definitely one I would recommend if you are after a fantastic Japanese meal. Make sure you book if it’s a weekend as was quite busy.

Amazing food and welcoming staff. Miyazu lived up to its reputation by serving the best Japanese food we've had in New Zealand. Portions were generous and our waitress, Celine, was extremely friendly and helpful. Don't forget to try the desserts, we had the tempura banana and the Japan versus France, and we highly recommend them.

Excellent service and food. They took into account dietary requirements and we also had a two-year old with us who was free, the staff were lovely to us all. Gosh I the chef was excellent as well. Can't really complain about anything. Would recommend this place to everyone.

There were 6 of us on a table of 10 for the Teppanyaki experience. We all decided to order the main course option as the set menu looked substantial. The other 4 diners ordered the set menu which meant we had to wait for them to finish a couple of courses before we got our food. This is the only disappointing part of our meal as the food and atmosphere where fantastic. I would suggest putting diners together who will be eating the same menu to avoid delays.
