Cheerful quick service in a clean store. Nice food, not greasy. Some may say the scoops are a little on the light side but otherwise very good.
I guess everyone has the right to their opinions, so I'll give mine! Burger was AMAZING YUM YUM. Fresh bun, bacon was cooked to perfection. Fish was cooked to perfection pineapple rings were to die for! Chips 1 scoop perfect! The customer service was brilliant and the whole crew on worked well! Very satisfied customer I am. Keep it up guys well done
I reckon this is the best Fish and Chip Takeaway in Nelson. They always have the best fish...but more important to me is that the way they do the batter, its well drained and crispy.
Tonight we had Bluff oysters and they were big juicy and still the batter around them was crispy. Very delicious.
Their fish 'n' chips got us "hook, line and sinker"!! Nicely battered, fried fish, slightly crusty outside and perfectly flaky inside: light and delicious. We order the $22 family pack (4 fish, x2 battered hotdogs, Chips and we usually exchange the pineapple rings for potato flips) <~good value.
If you didn't want to takeaway your kai there are tables and chairs where you can sit and enjoy your meal right there in the shop.
The lovely people at Seabreeze Takeaways always provide service with a smile and generous portions of yummy, hot fish and chips and other goodies. We are missing seeing you during lockdown but we'll be back when you can re-open.
