Cant go wrong to be honest. Tasty breakfast and the coffee was made well. Staff were friendly and water was easily available for self serve with clean cups. Eating areas were plentiful and well kept. A solid and safe place for a bite.
The coffee was just okay. But the French toast was so delicious and the perfect portion, especially for the price.
Amazing service, greeted very nicely. My chai latte was tasty with lots of flavor. The food was yummy.

It was a little busy with visitors having coffee before going into the garden centre.
We had breakfast there as we'd finished work 30 minutes earlier. No wait for service, tea and coffee arrived quickly breakfast followed. Good portions and tasty.

I also had Eggs on Toast however unsure of the price, I would not be able to afford it all the time for the item. (Prior to egg shortage)

I always take my dog spotty here i love the coffee and spotty loves the sausages it's just like a little oasis in the middle of new lynn a nice place to eat breakfast
