The Kai was absolutely reka, lamb was tender and so flavourful. Everything that was served was perfect to order, and the Naan was literally the best I've had. 10/10

Food was absolutely bloody delicious! We ordered 2 butter chickens and we ordered them mild/medium mix and my lord the spice was spot on! The level hit so perfectly and the flavors where just unbelievably good. Hands down best butter chicken i have ever eaten.

Dawat is a great place for dining on the taste of India. There was plenty of meat and nice thick gravy.
The restaurant was well appointed with freshly painted walls and new flooring. The pictures added Indians scenes.
There were lots of takeaways being collected while we were there.

A fav location of ours for lunch! We rate this as 1st place butter chicken and cheese/garlic naan, and you get the combo with a can of drink for about $17 nzd which is actually awesome value
