We love coming to Ruby Cafe for a treat. The owners are so lovely and hospitable, and are so nice to my toddler daughter. Good coffee, lovely sweet treats and their sushi is 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻. They make my daughter the cutest Fluffy with sprinkles carefully stuck to the side of the cup and marshmallows. Wonderful people ❤️

A quiet, small restaurant. Food was a little slow arriving at start but we went through a variety of Japanese dishes, full of flavour, interesting. Very hospitable and reasonably priced. Happy to recommend and to go again.

Friendly Japanese couple run this place. Some of the nicest people you will ever meet. Really nice food here, all the usual cafe food and also Japanese style food. Hands down the best sushi in Taranaki.

The hosts are very friendly and amazing cooks. The lunch and dinners (chili dishes and salids) are really tasty. I no longer buy fish and chips and instead go to Ruby's for a healthier meal.
