Beach front shack that produces great food and has friendly attentive staff. Highly recommend.
We stumbled across this little hidden gem in New Plymouth for lunch. Absolutely stunning view, beautiful food and beautiful host. Couldn’t fault anything! Highly recommended. 👍😃
I treated my husband to a delicious bacon & eggs breakfast here today. The service was perfect in so many ways. Monique, you welcomed us like family and put a big smile on our faces. Manou is pretty awesome too, and it was his birthday 🎂
Friendly staff, prompt service, perfectly cooked calamari and scallops, generous portion, well worth the price.
Hoping to go tomorrow to have more scallops before heading home!
(I did make it back the next day, had yummy scallops again😊)
We found Manou's by accident and we'll visit again as they have vegan options 😄

Best home-made sea food chowder! So creamy and delicious! Lovely atmosphere with lots of homely touches and very friendly owners. View was awesome, even though it was a rainy windy day.
On holiday from auckland and my aunty tock us here. Beautiful little place. Love the interior, love the menu and the ambience of the place. Non discrimination, beautiful owners, very family orientated animal friendly, beautiful view of the ocean. The vibe is incredible. Looking forward to returning.
A bit too long of a 1 wait for the food, but it was worth it! Best fish & chips I've had in years. Nice place to sit in the sun too. Shame they don't have some better beers.. then it would be a perfect spot!
what an amazing little gem. food was delicious and the nautical setting is fantastic. a million dollar view while you eat. Very personal and the owners and staff where super friendly and passionate about the place and food. Even got some good local tips on what to see while we here. will definitely go back there . u wount be disappointed!!!! The long island ice tea was well made and the beer ice cold.
European tavern style food, super fresh and tasty fish and veges. This place has a cosy atmosphere and a great look to it. There are great views of the water and surrounding beach and often there is wildlife to look at through the windows we can listen to the sea and the sounds of the elements outside. Our eggs were poached perfectly!
