One of my followers convinced me to check The Birdie cafe to meet for coffee and I'm glad I did, I liked the atmosphere and it was easy to converse there. The service was good and we didn't have to wait too long. Coffee was good and we paid a good price. I will check out their famous salads next time and try one because they looked delicious.

Yummiest slices and best value! We had the oaty caramel slice which was amazing - so much caramel. Totally rate their raspberry and white chocolate blondie as well.

Best salads in New Zealand, get in early as they sell out. Never had a bad salad here. Salads are clearly labelled dairy free, gluten free, nut free. Great for the health concious.

What a little gem....such a variety of fresh healthy homemade salads, I was spoilt for choice...definitely my kinda food...coffee was damn good too and the service was friendly, obliging and prompt... Not surprising how busy it was...I will be back👍

Where do I start at the beginning I guess . as soon as you walk in you are greeted by the most amazing young girls who are so will and helpful, and the food all made on site by the owner well let's just say it's hard to decide what to have .
And the coffee I drink a long black which was rich full of flavour and the best I have had bar none .
Definitely worth the effort to find a park .
