Authentic Chinese Sichuan food and awesome service from the chef! We were staying at New Plymouth for two days and the chef was supposed to close the shop on Monday but he was willing to open the shop specially for us to cook us sumptuous meal based on our requested menu! We had cleared all the food in the end because it was the most authentic and delicious Chinese Food that we ever had! Must give a big thumbs up to the chef who is from Sichuan Chengdu!

My favourite Sichuan Restaurant ever! Don’t let the restaurant name fool you, they make the most delicious Sichuan food in New Plymouth. I can’t believe I can eat Sichuan food while I am living in New Plymouth, considering limited choice of ingredients we get can here. I am very happy what I tasted, I ordered “mao xue Wang”, a famous Sichuan food with duck bloods, tripe ham, vegetables in it. Love it, will definitely go back with my family.

Authentic Sichuan province Chinese food. We had the slow cooked beef and I honestly couldn't think of a tastier dish that I've had this year. I just hope the New Plymouth population gives it a try. We will be back, and we will bring more people.

We are visiting the US, so lucky to dine here. The food is amazing. The best Chinese food we ever had. The restaurant is clean. Staffs and owners are very lovely and kind. You will get your money worth and full bell.

Authentic Sichuan Food! Love the Spicy Beef Noodle & Dan Dan noodle, had lived in Chongqing for three years and I can say it’s so good to have found a place like this during my weekend trip. Might be the only real Chinese taste in New Plymouth. Thumbs up for the owner and chef!

We dine regularly at Cinema Express cafe and love the food and the service. you dont have to wait--can just go and help yourself to a large variety of dishes and its close to the cinema. they make a great coffee too
